🔍 Search and Rescue
We are happy to report that along with our own group of volunteers, we are coordinating with organizations like SCIL, PawsofWar, WUFAW, LAFD, LAPD, Topanga Animal Rescue, ASSERT, VIVA Rescue, Delgado Cat Rescue, and FUR to expand our search and rescue efforts.
For now, traps remain set and monitored, and we’re continuing to survey and strategize with our partners.
🐱 Cat Sanctuary
We’re currently housing and providing much needed medical care for two cats found within our search and rescue efforts, with others found and already returned to their families! We have multiple sightings of cats within the area and expect our intake numbers to increase over the weekend.
🏥 Medical Care
We are offering FREE medical care to all cats and dogs that were affected by the fires, either it is a direct injury or condition caused from the fire or general care for pets that are currently displaced we can assist with free and subsidized care. Thank you to everyone who’s been helping to share this message—it’s vital for reaching those who may need our help.
📦 Supplies Donations
We received and OVERWHELMING amount of support and supplies for our Cat Sanctuary needs and are not currently in need of any additional physical donations. The best way to help continue our mission is to donate to our GoFundMe to help cover the costs of medical care these pets are in need of.
