I have fostered this amazing, sweet pup for a week and thanks to Nicole of Pawsitivity Rescue (here in pic) and many others this beautiful girl was rescued just hours before being euthanized. She also needs a good foster to take over, I have to give her back tomorrow.
She is a survivor, she is sweet and she is getting stronger every day but she does need a lot of extra care and more medical testing etc. She has limited mobility, can get up and walk (wobbly) for short spurts, tries to do her business without making a mess but doesn't always succeed...she is a determined little pup! Something neurological or possible effects of distemper/parvo which she may have had - and survived! We need a diagnosis, possible treatment and rehabilitation but won't know until she gets to a specialist and they run more tests. Blood and X-Rays all came back clean, she's good on that front! She loves people, other dogs seems to be good with (curious and might ba a bit afraid) but must be separated from dogs until she is diagnosed out of extreme caution for other dogs. For all the animal lovers out there, this girl needs your help...if you can, even a little goes a long way. Pawsitivity Rescue saved this sweet pup just hours before being euthanized and is asking for donations for her medical issues.

7/3 update: we are taking Hope to another vet for a second opinion. We have lost some trust in our first vet regarding a diagnosis. More information to come. Thanks for any donations you may be able to give.

Hope is doing really well. She is generally a happy girl and is not in any pain. Full body rads show nothing is broken or mal-formed. She has motor deficiencies that she may have been born with or that may have happened after birth. The vet is saying that it may get worse as she gets bigger. She is 7-months old and only 26 pounds. She will get to be at least 45 pounds with a good diet and time. Hope needs to go to a neurologist!! There may be medication that can be prescribed and possibly physical therapy but a full evaluation needs to be done. We need your financial help!

6/26 We want to thank Gia Alas for transporting and Christine Lee for all her organizing in order to get Snow to us. We have renamed her Hope because we have a ton of it for her. She is safe now with our amazing fosters, Cade Thomson and Sandy Thomson. She is eating and drinking and seems to be in good spirits considering everything she has been through. Tomorrow she will be taken to our vet where she will have X-rays and bloodwork done. A neurological workup is also in the plan. The estimate for the tests alone comes to over $1000. This doesn’t include any treatment. We need your help!!! We can’t do this without you.

She had until the end of day on June 24, 2019 but I asked them for an extension until the 26th to see if I could raise money for an outside vet to check her out. Such an incredible, majestic being...why do human beings kill for the "sport of it" or for the "fun of it" or for the "trophy"....why do some see this as an atrocity and others not?
The world needs a heart opening.....when your heart is open you see all living beings as yourself, you know and show compassion and you rise above your lower instincts often overcome by ego and fear....treat others as you would want to be treated. Can you imagine being hunted? Can you imagine being tortured or eaten? Human beings do this, we do this.
When your hear is open you no longer can do this and it's a beautiful thing, we were put on this earth to live with an open heart and evolve into our higher consciousness, LIVE IT AND BE IT.

I found kundalini yoga thirteen years ago and never looked back... it's something that I can, and will do for the rest of my life and I never stop loving it!
