They had a raffle ($20 for a raffle ticket, which also got you an instant print from me in magnetic frame & a film photo), and I will say a few who got raffle tickets from me won! helped call out a few winners and put on a great show too!

Come see the music festival Creekpsych Fest MAY 17!!!!! It's ONLY $25 right now! There will be 10 local Los Angeles bands and it's 10 hours- What a steal! Deep in Santa Clarita at a radical RV park - Gorgeous mountains. I love going there.

See link in my bio to purchase tickets or go to to learn more. Let's sell this out!!!! It's put on by my friends who are doing this all for the love of music & community and elevating talented musicians in this challenging industry.

I'll be photographing the event, will have some landscape photo prints for sale, & I'll be bringing my for some instant portraits with my .camera back & taking some film too.

The bands & will be there- scroll thru to see them rockin' out last year! Not only is their music radical, these bands also both put on supercalifragilisticexpialidocious performances!

2nd round of photos from .camp !!! Follow them & make sure to get tickets for next month's event! Besides the fantastic , , & The Vantastix performance, there were also other talented artists & performers. The venue is a DREAM (literally & it's in their name)- colorful and quirky (like someone I know 😆).

This event donates proceeds to the LAEPF Community Brigade to help people affected by the LA fires- which will be ongoing as people will continue to need assistance for months, if not years, to rebuild their lives.

I went around with my Hasselblad camera (medium format, old school film!) & took instant portraits with with a .camera back....and film of course (film will be processed in a week!)

I also met a lovely woman who met her husband at parade 20 years ago and they're still together- what?! How serendipitous that she recognized me (the name Skittles helps 😉). So they need to totally be the next Doo Dah Queen & King!

There was a fabulous photo booth by and roaming photography by & . Check them out! All master artists/photographers.

There were so many other brilliant performers & fabulous people organizing to make this event there too (if I miss tagging anyone, please let me know!)...

Wowwwwwwww! I'm still reeling from hanging out & being one of the photographer's to capture .camp Easter Sunday with , his incredibly sweet & also insanely talented wife , and The Vantastix! Such a rare honor to witness Mr. Van Dyke's talent and grace and bubbly personality in person. I love that they want to have this event every month to benefit the LAEPF Community Brigade to help people affected by the LA fires. So follow to get your tickets to the next one!

Here's the whole group & some behind the scenes of how many dresses were donated. They even sung me Happy Birthday at the end (everyone was so sweet & kind!)!! 🥳

I had the honor of donating my photo services to capture prom portraits for Sherman Indian Boarding School. The runs this event every year- getting prom dresses & accessories donated so these young women can dance the night away at their Prom!! Sometimes it amazes me how many people are doing positive work in their communities 🌻🥰

& were a couple of the wonderful organizers of this event.

What a magical place!! Awwwwww school portraits for Everwild forest school last year! Finally getting around to posting these. Such a special group with amazing kids and mentors! Climbing, learning, playing, hanging out with Mother Earth. We would drop them off and sometimes they would stay & explore and sometimes they would drive to other nearby nature areas.

Vasquez Rocks*. This place has special meaning to me. My kids went to a wonderful forest school called Everwild with incredible mentors ( is the music- sound UP!), and they would rock climb, learn about the flora & fauna, create interesting worlds with imaginary play, and each lunch with the land (& sometimes some yellow jackets!). Shoes always came off and these rocks always got holes in their pants because they would slide down them LOL I miss that. Now, they go to another amazing school down the street so sometimes I drop them off and hang out with the rocks- journaling, listening to music, hugging the rocks(yes I literally hug the rocks), talking to the lichen (& telling them how much I like-a the lichen), enjoying the smell of the Juniper trees, take off my shoes & get grounded with Mother Earth. Check it out before it gets hot! Or plan on going in the morning or late afternoon. There's also a very educational nature center!!

April 27 there will be a Family Event & Tribal Celebration put on by at Vasquez! We'll be there! Come hang out!
