Paws in the Park at Rancho Park was a blast yesterday. There were dogs, lots of them, a few cats and my many friends with booths selling merch. I loved my pet vistors, Milton the bulldog who woukdnt leave my booth and the Bengal cat on a leash. Too funny! Thank you to Rhonda, Angela, Pamela & Melanie for visiting me! And thank you Melanie for helping me at the end pack. The time went by so fast, all of a sudden someone said its 2pm, time to pack. We had some good sales and new customers! Hope they do this again! OMG!!! What an incredible cat show at the Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference center! I must admit we only wanted to be attend, to see all our friends from Hawaii who we've come to love & adore but something else happened! I think all who live in Ontario showed up in droves! We were overwhelmed and with a condensed booth space we wowed the crowd! We met many who had never been to a cat show ever and were quite excited. The costume cat contest had a huge crowd that I couldn't even see the cats because people were lined up in front of and in our booth. The hotel staff including the Chef bought from us, all having cats, they were so nice. After the show the greatest compliments came from the cat show manager and Hotel general manager, on how impressed they were with our booth and even asked for suggestions for next time. Literally no one has ever asked us for suggestions and yes we had a few. Thank you to the club and all the hard work of everyone involved. This was definitely a challenge putting this on, with the lack of tables, we all made it work out! Thank you to our new customers and feel free to contact us time about anything you see here.

Set up day in Ontario, CA for the CFA Regional awards cat showat the Ontario airport hotel. A few issues with tables that we were shorted but we made it work in record time of 3 1/2 hours. Then returned home to unload the van of bins and boxes we had no space for. Already made 1 nice sale to the Chef of the hotel. So hopefully for a successful show tomorrow.

There's a first time for everything! I did a 1 table display of cat jewelry & Hello Kitty totebags, vases & luminaries & dog bowls, semi precious, Abalone & fresh water pearl jewelry ALL BY MYSELF! I was quick setting it up in record time, talked to everyone, made several sales, all jewelry though and gave out several business cards. Thanks to my daughter Sammi for helping me at the end with packing and loading my van. Thanks to Rafia for putting this together for the Culver City Biz group.

Here's The Traveling Cats next boutique. May 10th in West Los Angeles. Purrrfect to find your Mother's day gifts! We will have a variety of cat jewelry, Hello Kitty totebags, semi precious, Abalone and fresh water pearl jewelry, necklace scarfs, Modgy vases and luminaries that fold flat in beautiful designs and maybe some cat socks too. This will be a small booth but will have some unique and inexpensive gifts. Check us out May 10th from 12:30-5:30pm as well as the other small business owners with their unique gifts.

What a day at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Monterey Park! The heat, the crowds, trying to keep people from standing blocking our merchandise while waiting for food, using our table to place their food on, just about ruined my day. We had to get a barricade around our booth, which really helped. But all in all a profitable day of sales, lots of Hello Kitty totebags flew out the booth. Sold out of 3 styles already and still tomorrow to go. Met some wonderful new customers. Hopefully a cooler day tomorrow.
