Our hope is that every child grows up like this one with a deep sense of compassion for all innocent creatures. This is a goal we should all strive for, because it all begins with the way we raise our children. They are highly impressionable, and if they learn to be cruel to animals, it’s often because they’ve witnessed it from others.

Let’s commit to teaching kindness and respect—it costs nothing, but the impact can last a lifetime.

A 33-year-old migrant in Brooklyn, New York named Alberto Morris threw a young pit bull named Kith off a 14th-floor balcony to his death.

Kith’s owner, Luis Gabriel Santamaria returned home from a party that evening and found Kith’s dead body lying on the sidewalk.

Morris, who was Santamaria’s friend was arrested and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief, and torturing an animal.

The said that along with the launched an investigation “ensuring the individual faced justice for their heinous act”, but he was released without bail and let right back on the street. What exactly did they do?

Like Los Angeles, New York does little to nothing to animal abusers. Please let New York City Mayor and know that tolerating monsters like Morris will cost them votes and not get them reelected.

In Seattle, a one year-old pitbull named Angel was seen by a man named Stephen Sinclair being punched and strangled in an apartment building.

Sinclair thought Angel was in danger of being killed or seriously injured, and posted it immediately to Nextdoor. He got a phone call from Seattle city Council member Joy Hollingsworth who knew the exact location and told him, “I’m not leaving until I have that dog in my arms”.

Hollingsworth showed up and stood outside with other neighbors until police could get Angel out safely. Seattle police arrested an unnamed 19-year-old man seen in the video, on investigation of animal cruelty charges. Everybody cheered when Angel finally was walked out of the apartment.

Hollingsworth took Angel to the vet where she found out she was malnourished, and neighbors have set up a GoFundMe to take care of vet fees. Angel is expected to go to a loving foster home on Tuesday.

Mr. Sinclair and Ms Hollingsworth are heroes. The other community members are heroes as well. This is an amazing testimony for all of us that we when we band together with the goal of doing what’s in the best interest of an animal rather than our own - we can achieve the results that we want.

The odds are our local representatives are not going to be monitoring NextDoor to assist us. We challenge everyone to do a Google search to find out who their local representative is and tag their name in the comments below. These people want your vote and represent you in time of need and so let’s hold them accountable should we need help with an Angel in our neighborhood.

During the recent floods in Italy, this team of men on boats rescued stray and left behind dogs from the dangerously high waters. As we can see, they were literally fighting for their lives.

As a foundation, we’ve always shared things that are very easy to turn away from. Things that don’t gain us followers, but lose them. Often times it’s all too difficult to watch, but we don’t have the luxury of turning away. We are not content creators, we don’t have celebrity dogs, we don’t do it for clickbait, but we just show things that people need to confront that most organizations wouldn’t dare touch at the risk of losing their following. The way we see it is, if we don’t show the injustices, no one else will. We will always remain steadfast in doing that because we want people to be aware of how inherently evil humanity can be towards innocent animals, and take it from us we’ve seen that up close and personal. The only agenda we have is that somehow through raising this awareness, that it could be the first step towards change. That’s the longview.

We are sharing this story, however, to show that there are good people out there. Good people on the right side of life that are capable of great things for the innocent, and that not only restores faith in humanity, but motivates us to fight another day for them. We hope and pray that every single one of those precious pups was saved by these heroes.

Regardless of the species, we have pledged to advocate for all of them. We hope this encourages you to do the same.

A woman from Irvine California saw her then boyfriend, Alexander Kuleshov abusing her senior foster dog, Kata. She found over 100 more videos of abuse on her security camera which have since been turned into police. It’s said that he is facing felony charges, but that cannot be confirmed.

We’re told that he frequents dating apps since their break up and has dated women with dogs. He has said to be abusive to the women he dates and to his 7-year-old son, but that is not something that can be confirmed either.

The video is very hard to watch and hearing Kata’s whimpering from the abuse. Just imagine trusting someone in your home with your beloved pet only to find out that they are abusing your pet in secret. It’s a complete betrayal of trust and this guy is a complete sicko that needs to be dealt with. Kata is reported to be safe in a foster home and awaiting her forever home.

Kuleshov worBird.com company named Bird.com . Please flood their posts with comments. We’re told that they know what happened, but still continues to employee him.

He also frequents Life Time Lakeshore Gym (949-739-6300) in Irvine and they have a right to know if someone like that is a member there..

We’re not sure if police have taken action against him Irvine Police Departmentrvine Police Department at 949-724-7000 in hopes that they moved their feet on this.

If anyone makes any headway in finding anything out, please DM us or tell us in the comments.

This overbred momma that no longer served a purpose to her breeder’s was dumped at the shelter and in need of rescue.

She is listed as a 2 year old Cane Corso mix, knows commands like sit and high five, and is kenneled with other dogs. She may be a Presa Canario, but we’re not certain.

We could see from the photos that she’s been through a lot, but despite that remains trusting and sweet.

She is located at City of San Bernardino Animal Services and the ID is .

A man named David Williams of Coyote Trail in Fort Worth, Texas, went onto someone’s property to shoot and kill a pittie named Buster. He claimed Buster was just barking.

Eyewitnesses report that Buster was hunted, chased, cornered and shot dead. Apparently they begged him to leave the dog alone, but instead chose to gun him down.

The family had just gotten home from his daughter’s soccer game discovering Buster’s lifeless body on their property.

It was mentioned that this is not an impoverished area and actually animal control and authorities that would come, but Williams was instead intent on killing.

Please report to police by calling; 817-392-4222. The location of incident is 14101 Sierra Vista Way Fort Worth, Texas.

Williams work at North Side high school and Tarrant County College in Fort Worth. Please also contact the Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD) board of directors by calling (817) 814-1920, or email [email protected] to make a public comment in writing.

Unique to most places in the world, Texas really does have a big problem when it comes to how they view and treat animals. It’s actually unbelievable.

Phones has been ringing off the hook about people who say they cannot take their pets while evacuating, or people who are just leaving their pets behind.

It’s like we’ve always said, animals are always the first to pay the ultimate price for mankind’s missteps. 💔

Heartbreaking images shared with us of the many pets left stranded during the recent storms throughout the South.💔

While we do our best to verify all images, we have also been privy to stories of the deaths of many animals left behind. Many were caged and tied up during the storms.

The address is 2381 Gehrig Street West Covina, CA 91792

We’re told that the person who took the pic knocked on the front door, but nobody answered. We know the comments will be coming, but no, someone can’t “just take the dog”. That’s not only illegal, but an easy way for someone to possibly get hurt.

Please contact the agencies below so that action can be taken on this poor pups behalf.

If hypothetically, the owner decides to surrender the dog and she goes to a shelter, then a reputable rescue would have to have her tagged and pulled.

We hope you’re all having as good of a day as this guy is.

We don’t know who he is or where he comes from, but it’s a great reminder as to why many of us are involved in animal rescue and advocacy, so keep fighting the good fight. We truly hope that this infectious guy brightened everyone’s day.

We saw this picture hanging at a Macy’s department store in Raleigh, North Carolina and just had to share it. If anyone knows anything about this handsome guy please let us know in the comments.

On 8/28 a cocker spaniel, named Reba was dropped off at Fluff and Love groomers in Brooklyn, NY for a bath and paw clean up by the owner, Bashir “Frankie” Bejaoui.

Reba’s owner hadn’t heard back so she walked up and see if she was ready. When she got there Bashir told her that Reba needed more time as she had become anxious and so he put her in the crate to calm her down.

When Reba’s owner looked at the small crate she noticed Reba had a thick blue collar around her neck and was unable to breathe. Her eyes were rolled into the back of her head and the blood vessels in both eyes broken.

Reba’s owner struggled to remove the collar because it was so tight and when asked how long she was in the crate, bashir stated, “about an hour and a half”.

Reba, blue in the mouth and gasping for air did stand up and attempt to walk, but could not see as her eyes were still rolled all the way back. She was rushed to the where she unfortunately passed away despite all attempts to help her to breathe.

When Reba’s owner demanded the video footage of the grooming session from Bashir, he refused. Police went in to speak to Bashir, and all he showed them was a small piece of footage from a cell phone of Reba on the grooming table.

This is still a fluid case with the NYPD, but it is recommended that no one use Fluff and Love groomers. When this groomer was under a previous name which was Fins, Furs and Feathers, a dog named Junior died as a result of being groomed by Bashir.

There is a protest planned Saturday at 11am at Fluff and Love located at 9514 4th ave in Brooklyn, NY.

This is a statue in Madrid, Spain of an emaciated dog to raise awareness to the plight of stray, abandoned and mistreated dogs.

This can be displayed everywhere, especially here in America, in states like Texas and other regions in the south where it’s more commonplace.

Maybe Spain should also have a statue commemorating the bulls there that die painful torturous deaths by being stabbed over and over with no way to escape, all in the name of sport.

The parallels we can draw to this are endless, as every nation has their sins, but regardless we still keep pushing for a more compassionate and humane society.

With great sadness we wanted to announce that our Pixie is gone 💔💔💔

She was just a puppy and we are absolutely devastated by this loss. Our china shelter director Suki Su, who cared for Pixie is without words and in complete shock.

For 6 months Pixie had trouble breathing on her own and needed an oxygen chamber. She also battled pneumonia and skin disease. For the past 2 months she was off the oxygen and was finally stable enough to breathe normally. Then without any signs of sickness she just vomited blood and then died.

She loved to play with Suki’s daughter Alexis and dogs ZaiZai and Simba. She loved to chase frogs in the backyard, loved to eat vegetables and would bite Suki’s ankles whenever she went to see her.

As a Foundation, these losses hit us very very hard because we do everything we can to save and enrich their lives. It’s even worse for Suki who is a mother to all of our animals.

We also want to thank all of our followers that donated towards her care. You believed in her as much as we did and as much as we try to save them all, we just can’t all the time despite our best efforts. 💔

Pixie was loved greatly here on earth and we would have done anything to keep her alive. There will be no pure joy until we are all reunited one day.
