Sadly this product that was sent to me to trial is a no go. I was very excited to be able to add a small profile bidet to my guest bathroom. Fairly easy to set up BUT because it’s a simple lever, if you accidentally knock into or move the lever without being on the toilet, water basically sprays everywhere even with the lid closed. Also the platform that the lever attaches to feels too flimsy for outlasting any daily use. Sorry guys. It’s a no for me.

Planning on retaining my youthful good looks for 2025. First time trying a thermal energy wand. Recommended starting setting is 1 or 2 and you do feel a little tiny bit of the static tingle, but not irritating at all. I’m hoping that it will do the trick bringing blood flow to my skin and helping to stimulate collagen so that I can pretend that I’m a lot younger than I currently am! Lol.

I LOVE what probiotics can do to reset my digestion. As someone who has suffered with IBS most of my adult life, and especially after COVID, probiotics have been a game changer for me. It takes a few days to get used to the activity that happens internally but once your body’s digestive environment settles, any flare settles pretty quickly. This one uses a corn base. This is the Springpuff Bagel Pillow. Even though I’m way past pregnancy age I was happy to test out this product. I don’t need it as a post pregnancy seat or back cushion reliever but it turns out it’s great for yoga. I’m one of the most un-bendy people I know and sitting cross-legged and tall is always a challenge for me but also important for keeping my hips mobile. This pillow is perfect for that.
