Late summer flower fields- when I am still, they are aflutter.

Last night’s plant & floral design workshop was a hit! Thanks to @diablodesigngroup and these beautiful, creative women!

When pruning planters, look at the overall shape and design, then look at how each plant fits that design shape. Remember rules of 3 & 5, keep front facing plants in consecutive heights, low to high. Make sure nothing is blocking, pushing, leaning on other plants. Trim just above a set of leaves for the most natural look and don’t leave bare stems or stalks sticking up. Step back several times, trim in small intervals & keep checking the overall proportions, balance and shape of your planter design. East peasy! 🎯

1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp vinegar + 1 quart warm water in clean sterile containers & these organic cut flowers will last up to 2 weeks in the vase, lookin pretty darn scrumptious the whole time. 💥
