EXTREMELY URGENT!
URGENT: We need your help now.
Yesterday, a tiny puppy—skin and bones, shaking with fear—was dumped out of a car and left in the woods like trash. The heat index was over 100 degrees. She was panting and desperate for water. Despite the situation, she still wags her tail and melts into your arms. She’s eating well and devours her food.
This little girl is only 20-25 lbs, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and has not had a single accident in her foster home. She’s not destructive, listens well, and just wants to please. She’s gentle, loving, and so grateful for every bit of kindness.
Right now, she’s safe in a foster home, but that can’t last. She has nowhere to go. If we can’t find her a family or a foster ASAP, she’ll have to go to a shelter. Because of her potential breed mix she would surely be at high risk for euthanasia. She’s already been through enough. Please, if you have space in your home or your heart, step up for her. She’s gentle, she’s loving, and she deserves a chance.

We are working one of the saddest cases we've seen in a long time in which the homeless owner of the now deceased pet is in dire need of housing. Prefer long-term but open to temporary options. All shelters are full. Connect me with leads or social workers, please! Urgent.

EXTREMELY URGENT! PLEASE SHARE

This beautiful coonhound is in urgent need. She is living with her homeless owner who is desperate to assure her care and safety. She is in a very dangerous area right now and her life is at risk. What is needed: transport, medical care, donations, and a foster home.. Her owner has emotional issues and is suicidal. She is his emotional support dog. Please, please help!!! Time is critical.

She told me that this terrified, fearful dog who wouldn't go near anyone has been licking her in the face! There are no words!

48 Hours Left to Live! EXTREMELY URGENT!

Heartbreaking! This little girl was found dumped along the Ohio River a few weeks ago and has been at LMAS for several weeks now. I received word today that they are completely out of room, so she has 48 hours to live unless a foster is found. I have exhausted all my options to save her. Please help!

She had been tied to a tree with her leash attached, along with a bag of dog food left beside her. She chewed through the leash to break free. From an eyewitness account, I know she had been there a week before being taken to the shelter. When I came to meet her at the park, I found a dog who was broken and terrified. She kept barking nonstop and wouldn’t come near me. I placed a bowl of dog food halfway between us and sat on the ground motionless. Timidly, she came up to the bowl and ate the food. Thereafter, she slowly moved closer and closer to me until I reached out and rubbed her ear. At that moment, we connected. It was so special.
The next day when a local rescue trapper came to get her, she sat up, wagging her tail when she saw the leash, and then actually licked the leash. She thought she was going home. The shelter has kindly and generously worked with me allowing her more time until I could secure a foster or permanent home. However, I have failed. Please help if you can. Share this post, make some phone calls, and reach out to anyone you think may be able to assist. She now has less than 48 hours to live. It is killing me.
Her age is unknown. She is spayed and vetted. My contact at the shelter said she has done well on a leash with other dogs. This is all I know. Please message me if you can help.

UPDATE: The kittens are now in foster care! They are all up for adoption if interested. There are actually 4 of them, not 3. (See photo in comments). Thank you all for sharing.

Desperate! These three kittens were found abandoned near a busy highway. Currently, they are being held behind a business on Shelbyville Road. Can anyone please help? Foster? Adopt? They are adorable and fragile young kittens! They need help ASAP. Please, please share!

CRITICAL!!! This beautiful 3-year-old Staffordshire Terrier named “Beau” is in grave danger of being euthanized. His owner is dying and Beau was left home alone. He is very, very smart. He is a quick learner having mastered “sit” “shake” and “down” in one day. He deserves a chance. PLEASE SHARE!

I received this from Laura, who runs our Nashville chapter “He knew nothing….nothing at all yesterday and today was giving me his paw, sit and down, all on command and with some serious enthusiasm! He was absolutely hurling himself on the floor when I was asking him down today. He can’t do cats (the reason my farm is not an option) and needs a dog-savvy owner. Why? Well, he’s huge and needs some manners! He’s coming along incredibly quickly. He would be GREAT if someone had a job for him to do. He cares nothing about treats or toys as a reward. Pleasing u is rewarding enough. He is located in Nashville. TN and will be fully vetted and neutered next week.” We can arrange transport anywhere.

WE HAVE A $500 match on reward money so, now the REWARD IS $1000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sometime between 4pm on Saturday, January 15th and 1pm Sunday, January 16th (last weekend), Jalapeño was stolen from the cat room at PetSmart at 10308 Westport Road. He was taken right out of the window box with his cage card !
Kaydee’s Promise Feline Rescue is offering a $500 reward for his safe return. NO questions asked ! He is Micro chipped to Kaydee’s! Please bring him back !

URGENT!!!

Last night, I received a phone call about this beautiful female puppy found roaming on the side of a busy highway. Her owner was found and refuses to take her back. Her owner said she is eight months old, very loving, loves children, and rarely barks. She cuddles up to almost everyone she meets. This is all I know right now. I have not met her yet and have no other information yet. A foster or permanent home is needed ASAP! PLEASE HELP! If unable to foster, please donate $ to help defray the costs of boarding in a kennel temporarily. Or, simply sharing this post and helping spread the word is a great help. Thanks so much! I will update when I get more information.

For Adoption: Brooke, a 4 year old female Australian Shepherd. Very, very sweet and affectionate. She is spayed and current on all immunizations. Brooke gets along with other dogs except for her sister, a female beagle/hound mix. After trying everything, the bad blood between the two seems hopeless. She has never been around cats , nor children, so we cannot say how she would behave.
