These Special Needs Fosters follow in some very tiny but mighty footsteps of Luna Bell the Boston. Named after the goddess of the moon, Luna arrived to the Boston Terrier Rescue of East TN-KY at just 3 days old with both a cleft lip and cleft palate, along with aspiration pneumonia. Luna probably should not have survived her first night with us, but showed all of her friends and followers just how
much fight she had in her! Because of BTRETKY and Luna’s foster parents, she was given a fighting chance and lived a very loved yet short life. Luna Bell passed away February 25th, 2015 from complications accompanying her cleft palate. Luna inspired so many people from all walks of life, and taught us so much about always giving animals the fighting chance they deserve despite their circumstances. We would like to continue helping animals with special needs in her honor. Please help us continue to do so!
