-Deal with customer-related product questions and inquiries
-Serve as a salesperson for international and high priority customers

-Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure timely fulfillment of open P.O.s
-Provide website content on our manufactured items
-Create and give presentations on products to dealers and customers
-Track open RMAs for return of assets to our warehouse in a timely fashion
-Attend tradeshows to showcase our products to veterinary customers
-Work with the marketing team to create material for different media outlets
-Work with service branch of our sister company to schedule veterinary calls
-Work with the service branch of our sister company to schedule veterinary calls
-Assist in our warehouse as needed to get veterinary orders filled

Meet Lindsey Howard. Lindsey is our Tactical Client Support Manager here at Vetland Medical. She is also a practicing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) and a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) in Anesthesia and Analgesia. Lindsey has been working with animals for over 20 years, with her beginnings working in her parents' pet store in Michigan.
When it comes to animals and veterinary medicine, Lindsey has all the knowledge!
Lindsey and her husband Jeff live in Louisville, Kentucky, and have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a hamster, and a guinea pig.
