🌷New Year, New month, new beginning, new mindset. January is the month of fresh starts, spring cleaning, and lots & lots of pretty flowers, oh and it also just so happens to be a birth month to many bird lovers. Many upcoming fun projects, & a birthdays to end it all. Feel like we finally on the right path, and what’s helped us the most with that is setting intentions every month, figuring out a way to stay more organized, focused, and accomplish the things that make me proud. Our biggest goal for this month is to step outside of my comfort zone even more so than I have been doing lately, & to take my photography up a notch. It’s crazy looking back and seeing how much
W’ve improved in just a year, we can only imagine what another year will do. These our little are currently available and ready to join any lovely ans caring family members. All are hand tamed and fully weaned into veggies. Feel free to send us a message if interested and any.

BIRD OF THE DAY....

The Rose-Breasted Cockatoo! 🤩🥰

Beautiful male AND female Rose Breasted Cockatoo babies! These lovelies make wonderful companions. They are goofy, playful, affectionate and beautiful. They have a stunning pink and grey body, with a cute crest when they get excited. They are also a great size, they have a medium size body, bigger than a Cockatiel, smaller than an African Grey. Like all Cockatoos, Rosies require lots of time, training and attention. A cage filled with toys for him or her to destroy will keep you baby happy and healthy. Ideally, the minimum cage size for this bird would be 36’’ long, 24’’ wide and 66’’ high with ¾’’ wire spacing.
However you should be focused on education, nutrition, and conservation. Also, that parrot companionship shouldn’t be a lack So prior to wanting to own a Galah , you should again be provided with information on proper housing, creating a safe environment, diet, behavior, hormones and much more because it’s a lifetime companion. Always go for hand fed baby that are weaned on to a high variety diet, fruits and veggies. Moreover a sprout mix are also high variety seed and naturally colored pellets.

Mynah birds are lively, social birds and have wonderfully outgoing personalities. It is friendly, clever, and adapts well to living in cages, which makes it an excellent pet that will breed in captivity. Hand-raised babies are completely socialized with humans and often make better pets. As young birds, they are easier to tame and train to talk. They enjoy human interaction but are not fond of cuddling or learning tricks.

Younger birds adapt readily to new environments and situations. Expose your new bird early to different people, including both sexes, different age groups, and new situations, such as car trips, visits to the vet, and seeing different rooms of the house. A mynah bird usually bonds closest to the person who gives it the most attention, does speech training, as well as feeds and cleans the cage.

Ideally, the minimum cage size for this bird would be 25’’ long, 21’’ wide and 29’’ high with ½’’ wire spacing. You family should be focused on.
