Finally, after a TON of work, I’ve achieved the Army Green laying olive eggers! I’m so excited! Worked my butt off to get this!

All hatched in late-October through mid-November, 2023 to a Barnevelder rooster and a cream Legbar hen, so the olive should be a lovely, dark shade mixed with the turquoise hint of the legbars.

he will seek at harvest and have nothing-

While our yield depends on our hands & feet, it’s ultimately up to Him to allow His design to keep working for us. We DO NOT take this mercy, nor this totally rad gift for granted

Our Silkies are bred for exhibition, so they are literally perfection!

Our olive eggers are now being bred with a Barnevelder roo, so the brown egg is a dark, rich color, and with the turquoise egg that the crested cream Legbar hen lays, you should have a gorgeous deep olive egg from these babies!
