• There is a $40 NON-refundable deposit fee to reserve a bunny. This deposit goes towards the price of the rabbit. If the deposit is not received the bunny will be available for others. A deposit is not necessary but will insure that the bunny of your choice is not claimed by someone else. I accept cash and cashapp.

• Each bunny is evaluated and priced depending on breed, color, gender, temperment, etc. Our bunnies range from $60-120.

• All of our bunnies are healthy upon leaving our rabbitry. Once the bunny leaves my possession, the health is the responsibility of the buyer due to there being too many factors that can alter the health of the bunny after leaving my possession.

• Babies are not allowed to leave my care till at least 8 weeks of age.

• Bunnies are sexed multiple times by me however it is your responsibility to verify at pickup. I do not provide refunds.

• A bunnies diet requires pellets, Timmothy hay, and water. Do not feed any fruits or vegetables until they are AT LEAST 6 months old. Each of our bunnies comes with a small bag of food so you can transfer them to the pellets of your choice.
