New Mushroom Strains Coming to Hill City Mushrooms!
We’re expanding our grow operation with exciting new strains coming into 2025! Here’s a look at what’s new and what’s coming soon.
🍄 2024 (What We Cultivated Last Year):
• Maitake – Dense clusters with rich, earthy flavor
• Chestnut – Nutty and slightly sweet with deep brown caps
• Lion’s Mane (Two unique strains) – Offering varied textures and growth patterns
• Shiitake – A high-yield strain with bold umami flavor
• Golden Oyster – Vibrant yellow clusters with a mild, nutty taste
• Blue Oyster – Improved variety with better shelf life and density
• King Oyster – Thick, meaty stems perfect for slicing
• Golden Enoki – Bright color with long, delicate stems
• Black Pearl Oyster – A hybrid oyster with a rich, umami profile
• Turkey Tail – A medicinal powerhouse packed with beneficial compounds
