We were honored to compete at a grooming competition in Kentucky at the prestigious Nash Academy, home of Vivian Nash, who is the founder of The International Judges Association. Karen took first place in both of her categories, and Claudine took second in hers. Another local groomer, Tnanjee of “Munnings Grooming Co”, accompanied us and he secured third place in his category (congratulations Tnanjee!). Little Quinn, Karen’s son, also stepped into the ring for the first time with a model dog and placed in his category as well. As a special treat, we got to watch the internationally famous stylist Sasha Riess as he demonstrated a Scandinavian puppy trim on a model dog, and live-streamed the event to thousands of pet professionals world wide. We love taking these special trips together! Spending time with other passionate pet stylists is the best way to recharge our batteries and advance our skill set. We finished up the weekend with a beautiful industry awards banquet at the stunning Kentucky Castle. We are looking forward to a year full of competitions and seminars in 2024

Our talented groomer Claudine and her beautiful girl Shelby took Best Of Breed twice at the UPA poodle specialty show in King, NC this past weekend. We are so very proud of them, they make a great team! Congratulations to Claudine and Shelby!
