After almost 20yrs of grooming in Snohomish County and nearly 10yrs of owning my own business I'm closing up shop. Me and my family are moving to upstate NY at the end of July with our dog Hank and cat Buster. I grew up here in the PNW. It's going to be pretty wild to leave it and not just for vaca. To my clients and your amazing pets thank you for coming to me all these years. The bond I built between your dogs and cats and getting to spend time with them was a true blessing that always warmed mine and our kids hearts. Thank you for everything!

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well and staying safe. Just a update on my schedule. I'm still only working 3 days a week and unable to take on new clients. Having two girls in school and the little man is keeping me quite busy lol. I'll post another update at the turn of the year if my schedule changes and I can take on new clients. How stinkin' cute is Miss Poppy!!! 😍 Now while she can perk both of her ears up if she wants to, she keeps the right one up almost all the time or when she's wet she'll lay them both down 😆 She's absolutely adorable, great for everything and seriously looks and acts like a forever puppy 😊❤️🐾

Hi everyone,

I hope you, your pups and kitties are all doing well and managing to stay cool in this neverending heat wave. I'm finally back from maternity leave and starting to schedule again. However I'm only able to work 3 days a week for right now so I won't be taking on new clients. I'm hoping to eventually squeeze in another day after the school year starts and the little one is a bit older. I will put updates on my page as Ari gets older and when/if I'm able to take new clients. Stay safe everyone, stay hydrated, stay cool, be mindful of the temps for yourself and the temperature of the asphalt/sidewalks/rocks/sand/etc. that your pets are walking on and of course hot cars and remember the smoke is just as bad for our pets as it is for us. Thank you for being patient while I was gone and I'm so happy to be back 😊❤️🐾🐕🐈

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well and your pets have been able to stay cool in the heat. Hank our Great Pyrenees was going out long enough to use the facilities and then coming back in. On the cooler but still warm days when he wanted to spend more time outside I'd hose him down as much as he didn't like it. It was a necessity if he wanted to be outside though.

Also I never announced our baby's name. It's Ariel Micheal Gass Pronounced ar-e-el but we call him "Ari" pronounced ar-e

As for getting back to work. My husband just went back so now I'm figuring out a routine and how I can schedule grooming appts with 3 kids. We're definitely looking at sometime in August before I'll be getting back to work.

Me and baby are doing great! He was born Tuesday May 25th at 1:06pm, weighed in at 8lb 0oz, is 19.96" long, has a ferocious appetite and we're all so happy to be home 😊❤️ we'll be announcing his name next Tuesday after his Bris and of course I'll keep all of you updated on my work status 😊 If you look through the comments I was able to post pics of baby and the family ❤️😊

Two things to keep in mind when taking your pups out for walks and/or to the dog park. The foxtails are horrible! Make sure you thoroughly check your dogs harnesses to.
