A friendly reminder that we do charge no show fees if appointments are not canceled 24 hours in advance, and we do have a late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will cancel it and have to reschedule you, if the groomer has time to take you later than that we do charge a late fee. Please be mindful as we are a small business and no shows and late appointments do impact us. Thank you! 🩷🐾
