Pretty girl got butter soft. She was wary of a groomer & has very sensitive skin and was treated for clipper burn in the past.
Only used a comb and brushed very lightly after giving her bath with all natural whitening shampoo. Such a good girl ❤️❤️❤️

Well had a few crazy things happen but got a lot accomplished.

Baby powders (talc-free) are ready. I have 5 unscented that could be used on a baby 6 months or older. Baby powder is not recommended on younger babies because of the risk of aspiration from inhaled contents of baby powder. I also have 5 Rosemary mint, 3 Pink Grapefruit, and 2 Lavender & Tea Tree for a great moisture control powder made of Arrowroot powder & Kaolin clay with essential oils added. 6 oz - $8

I also figured out deodorant recipe and It’s my own and I like it pretty well. Deodorant is called Beeswax & Honeysuckle Natural Deodorant. No aluminum. Ingredients- Beeswax, Coconut oil, Hempseed oil, Vitamin E, Arrowroot powder, Essential oil. $8

Also, making soy wax melts with rose petals and rose geranium essential oils. Cello bag full for $8

Just a quick update~ New packaging came in for sugar scrubs, deodorant, and baby powder. Those should be ready soon after Christmas as I figure things out.
Also~ I’m changing my lotion recipe to include Optiphen Plus for the preservative instead of liquid Germall and changing the emulsifier to beeswax instead of Btms-50. This is a learning process of what will work best and align with clean living.

I have been a nurse, LPN for 15 yrs I loved all the residents and some of the kids from home health have left imprints on my heart I’ll always carry with me. More updates to come…

Will be doing another craft show in February! Will be making a few Valentines glass blocks & little hearts essential oil wax melts. Along with plenty of soap, lotion, scrubs, chap sticks, talc free baby powder, aluminum free deodorant, and hoping to have the shampoo and conditioner 💋
If you are interested in one of these designs on the valentines glass blocks I can make it for you. I have decided that $35 is what I will charge for the glass blocks going forward.

I like to keep my goat milk lotion in the fridge but you don’t have to because I have added a preservative to keep any bacteria from growing in it. I have tried so many lotions and creams this is my favorite non greasy, great hydration, and good for your skin.

Fun soap making lesson~

1. When mixing the sodium hydroxide and goat milk you want to add in the sodium hydroxide slowly with ice bowl near to keep mixture around 90 degrees.
2. When combining with oil mixture with the goat milk and lye you want them to be within 10 degrees of one another.
3. No sodium hydroxide=no soap. Sodium hydroxide is what causes saponification or soap to be made. The sodium hydroxide is out of the soap in 48 hrs then the soap must continue to harden during the cure period.
4. Always use safety when soap making mask and gloves.

Made this essential oil bracelet this morning to fit my wrist. Added some serenity blend by Doterra to the lava beads and went on with my day.
I found that the elastic string i was using is not sturdy enough on its own to hold the beads so I double stranded it almost like sewing them in.
Glad I figured this out before selling the coffee lover ones so I will restring those ones with double strands and they could be custom made to your wrist size.
