Fiona is the last of her siblings to find a home!

Fiona started off a very timid, insecure girl, but she has blossomed into a confident, loving lady! She has the best purr and loves turning into a scarf to wrap around your neck.

Goliath understands this is a long shot, but he is really hoping that the perfect home may be out there for him.

As you can tell, Goliath had been a tom-cat for many years. The scars are healing but unfortunately, after years of battling for territory and ladies, he became positive for FIV. We would be happy to give up to date information regarding FIV if anyone is interested. But to summarize, it is a disease that weakens their immune system, which makes the cat vunerable for sickness.

Goliath does fine co-existing with other cats that are easy going. He does not at all enjoy the company of dogs (he rather enjoys tormenting them 🤣).

We are prepared to make Goliath a long term, sanctuary kitty, but that just means we will have one less spot to help another in the future. If anyone has a soft spot for old tom cats, please reach out ❤️

Sasha and Farrah would like the chance to find a home as quickly as their babies, so we are reducing their adoption to $50 for these mommas.

Dunkin was really hoping to share his unbelievably cute photo shoot at the fire station recently, but his foster-momma’s computer had other plans. We only managed to get this one picture done, but boy isn’t he a cutie?!

Dunkin is about 2 years old. His favorite things are saying hi to new people, barking at big dogs, and keeping your lap warm. His dislikes are being told what to do, missing any crumbs that may have fallen, and going to bed without a treat.

We don’t get around much to posting about all the many things that happen behind the scenes so we wanted to share a little.

As many of you know, we are a very small organization. We started this rescue with our only intention of helping within our local communities. Whether that be helping with the over population of cats in our own neighborhoods, or assisting with local ACO’s and finding placement when they most need it. We are simply here to help - and that help could not be done without the support from ALL of YOU!

During last week’s yardsale hosted by the incredible staff at Ridge Runner Veterinary Services, over $1,000 was raised! Two days later, while we set up at Stockton Springs Fire Station, 8 kittens found amazing homes.

Please read carefully as our kitten adoption is a little different right now.

Our kitten adoption fee is $175 - this includes their spay/neuter, 3 FVRCP vaccines, rabies vaccine and microchip. Because we have so many kittens coming of age right at the same time, they all will be getting fixed in September. That means the adopter must agree to bring them back to us the night before that big day. Some of the kittens also still need their final booster vaccine, which means they will need to bring them back to us in a couple weeks for a quick poke.

We apologize for the back and forth of these adoptions, but it is the best way to get these guys into their loving homes asap. And who wants to miss out on this special time with their new kitten?!
