HI My name is BlueeeBELLE I am a beautiful charcoal grey/wht gal w pretty markings 🙂 approx 2-3yrs old.
I was abandoned by humans and kicked outside to try to live for a year! FINALLY a nice lady trapped me & PPRescue provided my medical care. I am absolutely lovey! An advid talker! 🚨🚨 we have 2 cats from our relocation site needing a barn home asap. These cats can not be released to this site after vetting this weekend.
If you need barn cats, know someone that does, please let us know.
These cats lives are at stake, literally.

🚨🚨 Barn home needed asap 🚨🚨
As many know we had to relocate a colony of 50+ cats a few months ago. Unfortunately we are still getting calls for cats that folks were able to get out of that neighborhood and into our care.
We need a barn home for one male cat that will be fully vetted this weekend. He is a friendly guy but does need to be outdoors

(His trap did not look like this and read fully before you judge)
Baby has been a colony cat ours for almost 3 years.
He was TNR’d and examined by Dr. Smith back in the summer of 2023. Dr. Smith didn’t tell me to not to try to tame too many cats. When he said that, I listened. Baby was one of the very few that was deemed a dangerous feral.
Baby had a fractured front leg that had healed. Smith gave him some injections, he was released a few days later. We didn’t see him for like a week or two. But he was really struggling with that leg.
He was a savvy cat and avoided traps at all cost.
But he was finally trapped and we updated his vaccinations, combo tested him. He was FIV+ now.
We tried to work with him so he could have surgery. Releasing him back to the colony wasn’t an option with his leg. Caring for him during the time we had him was very dangerous. He would steadily come for you without letting up.
Due to how unsocial he was, we had to help him cross over 🌈💔🐾
Helping him after surgery wouldn’t be possible. He is very aggressive and had every right to be.
RIP Baby aka Buddy Bully 🌈🐾💔

Colony caretakers, please be careful out there feeding. Make sure you are wearing gloves. Wear shoe protectors or change your shoes before getting into your car. Handle all feeding/watering material and trash with gloves.
Birds eat from cat food. Wildlife eats as well.
Change your clothes and put directly in the washer.

Aspen has been in our care since 2/26/23.
That’s correct, almost 2 years with no interest.
Aspen is a healthy cat, recent senior blood panel done. Updated on vaccines.
Aspen is a very sweet lady but she needs to be the only Queen in her space. She does coexist with other furry friends but prefers her own space.
Please share in hopes someone finds Aspen and adds her to their family

Donna A, Maria & Stacey would like to thank everyone for donating, words of encouragement during these last few weeks.
Last numbers I know of cats trapped for January is 94. We’ve worked our butts off day/night.
Trapping and taking them to the vet for TNR isn’t what is all involved. We have to feed them, clean litter boxes, determine if anyone is sick or injured. If anyone has potential to be tamed, the very unsocial ones, who will be released back to the colony.
A lot goes into our TNR program. It’s not just trapping, vetting then releasing

This is Lucky. Believe he was possibly hit by a car. He will be at our vet first thing in the morning with a dr waiting. He was at another vet today but his eye is very concerning so we picked him up so he can have around the clock care until he sees our vet in the morning. Despite what he’s been through, he’s super sweet and purrs non stop 🧡 He is not available for adoption, not accepting any applications or responding to emails regarding adopting him. His care is our number one focus. Thank you to everyone that’s donated so far. We’ve received 175$ so far!

She spends most of her time lounging by the window watching the world outside or napping in the sun. Aspen is a wonderful companion kitty. She likes to be near her people. She will come find you and curl up beside you while you watch tv on the couch or read a book in bed. When not napping, she will follow you around as you go about your day. Being the gentle lady she is, Aspen prefers affection on her own terms. When she is relaxed beside you, she enjoys getting gentle head and chin scritches. Aspen can get overstimulated if she receives too much love, so she would be happiest in a home with adults or older children who can pick up on her cues and respect her boundaries. She will also need to be the only pet in the household. If you need a loving companion to share your home and everyday life with, then Aspen is the cat for you.

This is what time and patience does for a ‘feral’ cat. Team work and dedication pays off He was trapped a few days ago, today he finally came out of his hammock and it’s all history. This is what PPR does. This is what we love to do. Our feral colony cats, our focus right now.

Princess Diana …where do we start This lovely young lady came to us from a surrender due to the county making the caretaker surrender many cats. She had a limp so we had her seen by our vet. She had a bad break that unfortunately was old and started healing. Amputation was in the best interest for Princess Di. She had surgery and she did well. Has adjusted well to tripod life. She had her stitches removed today and medically cleared for adoption. She will go to her foster to adopt home tomorrow!!! (she LOVES the iPad)
