We had the pleasure of meeting Felisha and her husband, Kaelin. Felisha was paralyzed for over two years before she regained mobility!! She couldn’t wait to ride a horse again, so we happily took her out on the trail. Felisha- thank you for being such an inspiration and for reminding us to never give up on our passions, no matter what obstacles get in the way. 🩷

Someone who sees me as their “competition” felt the need to screenshot a photo of one of my newer horses being ridden… They added it to their story with a snarky comment alluding to my horse being underweight. 🙄 A fellow “equine professional” should be knowledgeable enough about the different breeds of horses and their builds begore they make judgements. The said photo was also a front view of the horse in movement, making him appear to be thinner than he is.

Shown below is a picture of an American Saddlebred from the internet. They have an elegant and athletic build. They are not stocky like a Quarter horse. Also shown below is a picture of my horse, Bronx, without any tack on. As you can see, he has NO ribs showing (nor can you feel his ribs). YES, we are working on building muscle- which will come with regular exercise and proper nutrition now that he is in my care. 🫶

This post is written to assure our customers that we take great care of our equine partners here at our ranch! They are all fed grain, alfalfa pellets, and supplements daily. They are all seen regularly by the farrier and chiropractor, and annually by the dentist and vet. We love our horses here and appreciate how hard they work for us. In return, we give them the best life we can. 🩷

When your horses have had some downtime due to the cold weather, you throw your kids, mom, and uncle on them for a refresher ride!

We were happy to welcome Millie and her sweet family back to the ranch for some more fun! Millie went on another pony ride and chose Midas this time! 🐴 She also got to meet some of our new farm animals, too! 🐮🫏

This was our last trail ride of the week before the cold set in! 🥶 Dominique and her fiancé, Drew, had a great ride on Farm Boy and Jack! 🤠 Thanks to our boarder, Sammie Jo, for joining us and leading half of the ride too!

A pony ride session turned into a mini introductory lesson for this cool dude! 😎 Thanks for coming out to ride with us, Beckam. You’re a smart kid and a really fast learner!

Colin and Laine joined us for a trail ride while visiting family. Y’all were awesome and we can’t wait to see you again next time you’re back in town!
