We have been serving the residents of Tolland and Hartford County and the surrounding towns since 1991. Tails-U-Win! enjoys an international reputation and our positive reinforcement based dog training program is used by many other positive trainers. Our training is fun, family oriented and highly effective. We have a large, highly trained staff and currently conduct over 50 classes every week. We

invite you to visit us any time classes are scheduled and see for yourself the dog training program people from around the country are calling extraordinary. is much more than just group classes. We also offer behavioral consultations for both routine and serious dog behavior problems. We provide onsite private and semi private lessons and we also offer in home training when appropriate. The building and grounds are used at all hours of the day and night for all types of canine activities.

•NEW! Tails Day School is available for owners looking for individual training for their dogs. Custom training program specifically to meet you and your dog's needs.

We have made the difficult decision to close entries for our January 1st trial as we have reached our maximum number of runs. We will provide day of move ups but will not allow additional runs to be added. This is a great problem to have as it shows how much fun our trials are! Good luck to all the teams!

I want to thank all of our judges and CSDs Sean McMurray, Peg Grey, Jennifer Bednar, Mavis Adam and Krystal McCaffery. Thank you also to all of our wonderful volunteers: Jill Thomas,Julie Niemeyer, Frances McGivern, Jackie Lampert, James Dolce, Rainer Fuchs, Louise Traska, Barbara Miller, Amy Dalena, Jill Thomas, Ellen Kurdzo, Janis Wilcox, Amy Davis, and everyone else who helped make the event a success! Movement Puzzle

Check out our movement puzzle class starting on 10/24 at 12:30PM. Join this new class if you are interested in building fitness and having fun with your dog. Movement Puzzles are exercises focusing on coordination training. By using the 2-bowl game (Vito's Thinking Game), we teach our dogs to move between cones and complete various movement challenges independently. Because our dogs are fully in control of the exercise, it is a great way to build confidence. This can be a wonderful part of your future agility dog's foundation training! Bragging rights go to Brewer & family who just graduated Family Dog I! He's been doing a great job loose leash walking with his human sister! We are all so proud of him and all the hard work this family has done.

Awesome conditioning classes just finished. Advanced class begins November 18. 5 to 6 PM you must have attended the foundations in order to sign up.
