Job Description
We are looking for a part-time DIVA or DIVO to work Sunday and Monday. Morning visits are between 7:30 am and 9 am. Midday visits are between 11 am and 2 pm. Evening visits are 4 pm – 7 pm. The candidate would need to be flexible based on our clients’ needs.

opportunity for retirees, empty nesters, college students, high school students, or for passionate pet people.

Service Area: Mandeville, Covington, and parts of Madisonville and Lacombe. The ideal candidate should live in Mandeville.

Requirements:
for pets
, reliable automobile with very good gas mileage
driver's license
auto insurance
a pet owner--owned or currently own a dog and/or cat
phone with capability to send text messages
timely pet care service
to drive at night

Physical Demands: Must be able to walk dogs on a leash including dogs over 100 pounds but less than 200 pounds; and ability to travel to multiple locations and get in and out of car. Able to drive at night.

Pay: Hourly rate and travel time rate is $10/hour. Eligible for location bonus program. An additional $1.50 per visit based on select locations. Other bonus programs will be discussed. We do not reimburse for gas mileage.

Hiring process includes a job application, a face-to-face interview, background check, pre-employment drug screen, and we will check 3 references. Background check and pre-employment drug screen will be paid by the DIVAS Pet Sitters LLC.

We are looking for a DIVA or DIVO to fill evening hours Monday through Friday (flexible between 5 pm and 8 pm), Saturdays and Sundays (flexible for Morning, Mid-Day,and Evening pet visits). We care for pets at the client’s home. This may include walking dogs and caring for cats.
