Laser Surgery: As a full service veterinary hospital, we use laser surgery extensively in declaws, animal dentistry and general surgery because it seals nerve endings for pain relief, bloodless surgeries and is superior to non-laser techniques. Our staff lectures and trains other veterinarians around the world on laser techniques. Anesthesia: We use anesthesia and monitoring protocols that are higher in quality to many humans H.M.Os. This allows safe and effective anesthesia with smooth recoveries for your pet while giving you peace of mind. We offer extensive imagery and laser surgery. Dr. Ashley Koester, DVM - After Dr. Koester and her identical twin sister led their Northwestern University Lacrosse team to a national championship, she received her DVM degree from Purdue University. Although she grew up loving to spend time at her father’s veterinary practice in Indiana, she followed her sister and moved to Manhattan Beach, where the community is perfect for her active lifestyle. Her hobbies are running on the beach, backpacking, snowboarding, and learning to surf.
