Quick update!

Hey everyone, just a heads up that things may be a bit of a mess for a while at the salon! Since we will be redoing the parking lot soon, and everything’s going to get torn up anyway, there’s no point in trying clean up the mess from removing all the trees. Just hang in there, we should finally have a beautiful parking lot by the end of the year!

I have a couple of topics to touch on today.

First, I would like to introduce my new referral program! Pick up some referral cards next time you visit and share them with your friends, and you’ll both get 10% off your pup’s next groom*!

I’m also offering my first seasonal package. Treat your pet to a Pineapple Mango Spa! This package includes iGroom’s PineApple Clarifying shampoo, a pineapple mango spritz, and a seasonal themed accessory! Add this to your pets groom for $15, or $25 with nail grinding and teeth brushing.

Lastly, it’s come to my attention that I’ve been a bit difficult to reach. I’ve been having a bit of difficulty with my work phone and not always receiving voicemails properly, so I’ve replaced said phone and hopefully fixed this. While I don’t typically answer my work phone when the salon is closed, I do try to return calls as soon as possible during business hours. Remember, you can text me or book online any time!

Siblings Temple and Sawtelle got their spaw treatments today. Look at these cuties! Big sister Temple is a Vizsla and Weimaraner mix, and little brother Sawtelle is a Pudelpointer. Both pups were perfect, even though it was Sawtelle’s first professional groom!
