Hey friends, Its been awhile! We wanted to give a friendly reminder that we have a last minute cancellation and no show policy in place.
Unfortunately, due to the increase with these occurrences we will be enforcing this policy.
Repeat offenses will either be required to pay for missed appointment before rescheduling, or will be declined services.

Cancelling last minute or not showing up for appointment affects both the groomer and other clients waiting to have an appointment.
