Update on our sweet Abel- he’s adjusting nicely from his street life. The only dogs that’s a jerk is one of my other mals, Maxima. Otherwise, he’s loving all the cuddles and lap time.❤️

I couldn’t be more proud of Officer Oblak and K9 Lucas. They literally hit the street last Friday as a team and this was their very first car stop!!!!

It was a very pleasure training these two and there is SO much more to come from them. I feel like a proud mom!

Little turd bird…. I’m guessing about 4-5 months old. I 10000% see why he was abandoned, kicked out or “set free” to roam the ghetto. Abel’s breed is hard. They’re total buttholes. Someone thought it would be cool to get this guy and I’m sure the dummy about sh*t their pants on day two with him. He’s bit me no less than 50 times, invaded my space, tripped me, hit me in the chin and ran me over. He even bit me in the throat😆

Not a “cool” breed unless you understand their peanut brain. But, I’m thankful he was ditched because he will now have a chance at life.

Training started with him 4 days ago. He’s off lead, comes on command and has the BESTEST sit. He’ll be trained in narcotics, home protection, tracking, articles, obedience and agility- all to be my pet😂😂

Dog parents,

It’s full swing boarding season and I’m only in week three of training new police dogs. I am swamped. If I don’t text you or call you right back and it’s been a few days, PLEASE text or call me again.

I have no cell service in the kennel so my phone doesn’t ring. Sometimes I’ll get voicemails I didn’t even know I had😂

Why. Must. They. Argue? My mal and husky are like two old hags. Four stitches for Maxima all because she’s a jerk and Sapphire has sharper teeth. Important argument from their standpoint. Irrational Sapphire doesnt like Max barging in her room without knocking first. Sapph likes her beauty sleep. True story!

We wanted to be respectful to our friends at Phillips Animal hospital so we wrapped her head- it didn’t save them from mopping up blood but it sure helped😂

It’s never a matter of “If” you’ll get bit , it’s only a matter of when. Today was my day. Again. But, I’m not salty or even mad- although I’d like him to replace my freshly done nail that he broke. What a crazy ass dog and guess what- he’s SOOO AMAZING ! Police dogs are not for the weak…. Or the slow old lady. Good job buddy, good job!

It’s all worth it.

European vs. American

Disclaimer: I didn’t train him You see, this is a European German Shepherd. See the difference? I’ve had him for 3 days…. 2 of which I didn’t see him at all because I was in bed with the flu. He doesn’t know me. But, he’ll work for me, in his German commands, (almost) perfectly. I cannot wait to see this beast on the road as a policeman! I get to spend the next few months with him and his friend, who will begin their training to become American Policeman. I absolutely have THE BEST JOB💙

4 days later

A bit rough to watch🥹 ( I didn’t harm him) Auggie was giving his mom a heck of a time on a leash. No, like really, he bit the invisible fence guy. He’s only 5 months old but is petrified of a leash. He screams like a 3 year old girl. Like he’s dying. He was so scared to even leave his kennel! He’s with me for his Board and Train and mama wil be so proud! This is day one- I swear I didn’t hurt little fella! I’m so gentle with him and he completely trusts me now. He’s so soft and cuddly🥰 The next video is after 4 days! He’s so happy and free spirited😊

Raven’s obedience

My friend Spike is a 10 year old rescue. His mom was worried about leaving him at a kennel because she didn’t want him to think she was abandoning him. I assured her he would be okay! This morning I sat on his bed with him and he ignored me. Hes way too busy looking at all his new friends. I guess he’s fine without humans 🤦‍♀️

I’ve finished a lot of dogs in the Board and Train program but this girl…… I cannot explain the love I have for her. She is an amazing girl, full of sh*t, spice and sass. By far, I’m sure she’ll always be my very favorite. To understand better as to why- she’s a Belgian malinois. My ultimate heart melting favorite breed. AND they are scientifically proven that be the smartest breed in the world 🥰 although my salty K9 guys would disagree. German shepherds are a very close second in my opinion. How she ended up at the Richland County Dog Wardens Shelter, astounds me. Her sister was there also and if I had known, they would have been mine. Wishing her mama the very best with this gem. Miss Luna girl, love you to pieces and I miss you already.💙

Our Thanksgiving’s crew that I forgot to post! Full house but the happiest group😊

Love birds❤️ Luna and Tank (the most stunning shepherd I believe I’ve ever seen) Tank is massive and so gentle. He was a Board and Train of mine. Luna is a current Board and Train. I absolutely love these two ❤️

Luna is the reason why I’m so in love with the Belgian Malinois breed. 1st time off lead and she did AMAZING! No fence and at a public park- a little scary but I knew she could do it. Literally 2 tries and she downs. TWO TRIES!!!! She’s a total rockstar and I knew the second I laid eyes on her that she would be. High strung is an understatement. I’d love to know if she’s got some other breed in her but it’s clear that the Belgian Malinois is dominent. Tomorrow I’ll show you Tank. He’s the German shepherd I trained a few months back. Holy bananas he is GIGANTIC! I had him at 4/5 months and I swear he’s twice the size now and soooooo gorgeous..sweet and the softest fur!

I’ve been so busy with the kennel and soccer season that I’ve fallen behind on posting pics of your precious pups. But…. Tank, my sweet Board and Train, is doing phenomenal 🩵 I guess I should mention that this is only his 2nd time off lead and I’ve only had him a week. And… this was in a school parking lot in Delaware where there were people coming and going constantly for sports.

If you’d like to check on boarding dates, or Schedule……Please do not send me a Facebook or messenger. It may be days before I get to it and you’ll take a chance of someone taking your reservation before you get it. Scheduling is a NIGHTMARE! If you haven’t heard back from me, I was at Inkarceration all weekend. Send me a text plz. We are FULL the 2nd week of August but may have one or two spots for the 1st week. Please no ropes, gross bones or rawhide. Love you all🩵 Oh… an no females will be taken from this day forward if they are in heat. No joke, I’ve had 4 in the last 6 weeks. I don’t mind a bit but their “Milkshake brings all the boys to the yard” if ya get my drift😂 A little late but here’s this past weeks friends 🐾
