Happy spooky season! 🎃 You know what's not spooky?

These little twins are Zues and Zora. They are about 12-14 weeks old, up-to-date on vaccines.
Zues is the short hair guy and Zora the long hair gal.🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Vet Tech Appreciation Week is October 13-19, 2024!

This year, the week of October 13th to 19th is designated National Veterinary Technician Week (NVTW) to commemorate, acknowledge, and promote the important contributions that veterinary technicians make to the industry.

Not all superheros wear capes, sometimes they wear scrubs and feed your pet easy cheese.

Veterinary technicians are essential members of the veterinary healthcare team, working alongside veterinarians to assist in medical procedures, educate pet owners, and contribute to the overall wellbeing of animals.

We love what we do and love your pet while we do it!

Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for animals. This position involves the cleaning up after, walking, feeding, medicating and bathing of animals. The position also includes general janitorial skills, such as- laundry, sweeping, and mopping. Candidates must be able to perform light/moderate lifting and be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This position is a perfect opportunity for high school students that are interested in the veterinary field! No experience required.

We hope everyone has a safe Independence Day!

Worried about your dog during fireworks? Here are a few tips to help them out!

🎇When the fireworks start🎇

☆Walk your dog during daylight hours to avoid times when fireworks are likely to be set off.
☆Move your dog to the safe haven each evening before the fireworks begin. Provide toys and other things that they enjoy in the safe haven.
☆Make sure there are things for you to do too, so your dog isn't left alone.
☆Close windows and curtains to muffle the sound of fireworks. Blackout your doggy safe haven, so they can't see any flashes outside.
☆Put on some music or TV to mask the firework sounds.
Ignore the firework noises yourself. Play with a toy to see if your dog wants to join in, but don't force them to play
