Introducing…. Our Chamomile Brett Beer 5.3%

This 100% Brettanomyces fermented wild field beer was mashed entirely with local malt and steeped with beautifully aromatic Chamomile grown by the amazing Sara just up the road! After conditioning for the past few months this fruity and funky delight is ready for you. Crazy aromas of cinnamon, cherry pie, and a wafting of bedtime tea, finishing with a light tartness. Gives the impression of Pet Nat and feeling apropos of the changing season. We only have 15 gallons of this so come grab a glass while you can!
