Would anyone be interested in adopting Samson, a neutered 2 year old AKC registered Great Dane? There’s no rehoming fee. They just want to find him a loving home. Their reason for rehoming is because he’s been aggressive towards another dog in the home. So, an ideal candidate would be someone with no other dogs, and that already has experience with Danes. Per his current owner, he’s shown no aggression towards adults or children. This won’t be on a first come, first serve basis, he will go to a home that will be the best fit for him! Feel free to share as well. Thank you!

I donated this groom to the Marion Area Humane Society today for this sweet boy. He’s 3 years old and never been groomed!! He’s definitely in my top 5 for the worst cases I’ve seen in my 10 years of grooming. But, despite his upbringing, he was the absolute sweetest boy and very well mannered. You couldn’t feel his skin at all, smelled horrendous and was covered in old urine and f***s. But, now he’s a very happy, clean and comfortable boy!💕
This is a gentle reminder to please, please, please not get these dogs unless you can physically and financially afford to do so. They’re more than just a cute, fluffy puppy and require a lot of care and brushing! Matting is extremely uncomfortable and pulls at the skin, making it very painful and very itchy. It can also cause a slew of different infections. Imagine not showering, shaving or brushing your hair for 3 years and how gross you would feel. It’s the same for them! Please take care of your babies!
This boy will be available for adoption once he gets his vaccines and neuter scheduled.
