After some tough battles with sarcoptic mange, her coat is filling in beautifully, and she’s officially ready to find her forever family. 🐾✨

Words can hardly express how proud we are of our very own Smallwood. Today we watched her receive her blue coat as she joined the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine Class of 2029. Congratulations Sara! You’re going to be a magnificent veterinarian!!

Sharing this sweet baby! All senior pets need homes too!

This sweet girl is Hattie. Hattie came to us as a puppy and was adopted. She was returned 9 years later. This girl has to be grieving her family but you wouldn’t know. She is still as happy and loving as ever. Hattie needs to have her left eye removed. THHS will pay for the surgery but we would like to have her adoptive home lined up so she can recover in a calmer environment. Hattie still has so much love to give. If you would like to meet her, we are open Tuesday-Sunday from 1-4.
