Over 1k acres of private land for trails, a pro cutter, a 3 acre field full of obstacles, roping dummy, and a background in reining and in cow horse events. I have access and knowledge of it all to start or tune up your horse! Message me for details! I think one of the biggest key elements is having a horse that’s soft and bendy in the head and neck. It sets you up so much in the long run. Even though this is a broke 3 yo, he still is quite sticky in his front end. Having a horse you can soften and bend makes better spins, circles, stops, you name it. I think it’s what most inexperienced riders don’t think about. I’m looking forward to showing this own son of Palo Duro Cat. We had our first show recently, we were out of the money, but he did very well. It’s starting to warm back up, I have 2 training spots and lesson spots available! Message or call me - 417-766-4741.

Be kind to your trainers.

•We Loose Sleep Over Your Horses
-Trying to figure out how to get them working their best
-Stressing over them not being as far ahead as we would like
-Thinking of ways to help your riding, better ways to explain, watching videos for inspiration

•We Work NONstop
-Out at the barn more than in the house
-Making phone calls giving updates
-Watching other trainers videos
-Riding Sundays if your horse is having a hard time

•Each Horse Has Their Own Timeline
-some horses may pick something up in a week, others will take months
-they all have strengths and weaknesses
-we can not force them to do what we want, exactly the way we want, in the time frame we want. They need to accept the training and try on their own

•We Are Always Learning
-Our "schooling" doesn't have a graduation date, it's a never ending education.
-We are trying our best.
-Each horse teaches you something different

•There's Much More to Training Than Riding
-mucking stalls, hours of brushing, feeding, watering, doctoring. It never ends

•We Love Your Horses, otherwise we wouldn't do this!

-We live for that soft nicker in the barn, the moment each horse figures out what you've been trying to show them, when everything you've been working at comes together in the show pen.

Little Red Rodeo is a 2022 stallion by 2019 EXCA non-pro World Champion Pepto Madera x Peptoboonsmal out of TAMU lil Mis Topsail who is a daughter of Eds Cody x Topsail Cody and out of a NU Bar daughter. Expect a lot from this young horse. ❤️

First rides like this!!! Proud of the Peptonoonsmal c**t I have in. It was a good day! I would much rather spend extra time getting an unstarted horse ready for being under saddle than cowboying and climbing on. I think it makes all the difference, especially when first rides look this good! Saves so much time in the long run when you spend extra time when first starting one. No bucking, no spooking. You cannot rush good things!
