So proud of these ladies this weekend! We headed up to Pinehurst in the scorching heat for the first recognized show of this year and these women did amazing!
Carolyn Rechkemmer was high score amateur on her new girl Releve
Amanda Dunn got a score towards her bronze medal on her angel Zena
Linda Viner did super at her first USDF recognized show on her boy Fynn
Brenda Godfrey also showed her new boy Frey at their first USDF recognized show and did amazing!
Everyone rode super well and are excited for the next show!
A special thank to Allison and Tilly for being so helpful in getting everyone to the ring on time and looking good!

The day finally arrived that the material for my barn has been delivered, it has taken days, months and actually years of blood sweat and tears to get here and I am so excited for the process to begin in the next few weeks!! Trinity Gate Farm is coming together!!

So 2 months in and these are the most comfortable dress boots I have ever had. Never thought I wouldn’t need sponges and band aids but here I am… not marked up! Love for helping me design the most lovely boots!!

I am so in love with my new boots! The leather is so soft and they are so comfortable!! I think these are my favorite ones so far!!! a huge thank you to Marissa for the design help they are stunning!! Can’t wait to see everyone else’s that got boots last month!!

As a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist dressage trainer that has recently moved to the area, I have availability to travel to you to teach and ride in the Charlotte/ Monroe/ Waxhaw area. With over 17 years of professional experience working for top Olympic trainers in the Dressage and Eventing world, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my students and horses. I also start horses under saddle, teaching solid basics and have shown and helped clients show their young horses at Dressage at Devon.

Two weeks ago I left on an adventure to deliver the goodest of boys back to his momma to start riding again, to get help myself with my new boy Zorro and to teach some lessons back in PA. Things went horribly wrong right after I tried to leave, dropping the goodest of boy AKA Gus off. This is not a whoa is me post but a I have some amazing people in my life post! Right from the start of Ugh week... my mother Lynn Cirelli who drove up with me and flew home 12 hours later so I could have a co pilot. Laurinda Wessel and her husband Brian for being so accommodating and giving us a place to sleep when we couldnt get to the hotel we booked and for giving Zorro a stall for the night. Rebecca Cowden for being my lifesaver and moving my trailer and horse and lending me a vehicle for the week and giving me a place to stay and helping me figure out a lot of things with Zorro and giving me amazing guidence as she always does, I am so very thankful for her support! Kea Shaw for sharing your beautiful barn with me to get help at! To Nicole Grzelak for giving us a place to stay when Im homeless and come for a visit. For Meredith L. Prange for always feeding me and looking out for me always! For Natasha Rutherford and Derrick for finding a hitch for us so last minute so that we could leave on time. Lastly Ryan T. Bertholf for just being the best husband ever to be able to make things happen and driving a crazy amount to make sure I am always taken care of and safe. I know Im forgetting people and for that Im sorry but just know I am so grateful for all the people in my life that are such a support system for me!

Exciting news for Bertholf Dressage! I have been keeping a low profile for the last month as we have been in a transition period. Right before Thanksgiving my husband and I made the massive move to leave Pennsylvania and move down to Marshville, North Carolina just south east of Charlotte.

As much as we have loved Pennsylvania we felt the opportunity to move south was one that we could not pass up. Bertholf Dressage has been based out of Thunderhead Farm for the last year and a half and have been so blessed and thankful to Meredith L. Prange and Stephen Prange for allowing me to in a way take over their barn, I could not have asked for better, more selfless people to be around. It was heartbreaking to leave them and so many clients, friends and family but so excited for the new opportunities that are already coming our way!

Bertholf Dressage moved into Maple Leaf Stables are so happy and thankful for the wonderful care at the facility and the warm welcome received from the boarders, staff and owners of the barn. Check back soon for more updates, lessons and shows that will be getting started up!!
