I had the absolute most delicious Vegan summer treat from Makua's Shave Ice yesterday at the Gabe's parking lot in Martinsburg, WV.
This is an Niu-Ube snowcap shaved ice! Topped with ube snowcap, coconut whip, & toasted coconut! 🥥 if you didn't know, ube is an Japanese sweet potato, very good for you and absolutely delicious. I've never had ube in ice form and I was so stoked to try this not only for its exotic ingredients but because Makuas uses all Non GMO syrups , real cane sugar , Berkeley Springs spring water for their shaved ice, & all environmentally friendly packaging + utensils. I looove that!
Definitely check them out Saturday's until 8pm martinsburg gabes parking lot :) pretty sure everything is vegan!!

I will be set up at the Berkeley County Humane Society this Saturday for the community Yardsale selling some Good condition items I have to get rid of & I will also have 2 dozen VeganFairy Cupcakes of my NEW flavor! "Strawberry Sunshine"🍓🍍 until I ran out for sale!
