Found a couple great plants that grow well with their roots in aquarium water. Both 5-6 months old and the wandering jew from 3 cutting pieces that were pre rooted and the spider plant from a single baby sprout.

So we can put this egg debate to rest! Eggs on top were boiled with salt in the water. TOTAL DISASTER, to the point where I couldn't use them for deviled eggs. Bottom eggs were boiled with salt AND a healthy dump of baking soda in the water. I barely had to crack the shells and they just slipped right off! I hope this can help someone for Christmas if you are doing deviled eggs. 😊
