I have been very patient and understanding when it comes to clients having to reschedule or cancel due to the weather and severe flooding, all that I ask is for the same in return. We are all trying to navigate through this. The photo you see is the low water crossing my grandmother has to cross every day to come watch my babies for me while I work. It is completely impassable at this moment. None of us have any control over it. I understand it’s inconvenient and frustrating when I ask you to reschedule, but I only ever do this when I have no other option. So please be kind and understanding. Also, please do not take your anger or frustrations out on Tara with Sunny Star, she is not affiliated with Puncher Grooming, she doesn’t know my schedule, or what’s going on so getting frustrated with her is completely uncalled for. For those of you that have been nothing short of understanding and kind, thank you. As soon as I am able to get to the shop, and look at my schedule, I will be reaching out.

With all the devastation that has happened over the weekend, I want to make it clear, if you cannot make it to your appointment, ITS OKAY! We will be here when everything is settled. Don’t feel bad, don’t risk your safety. It definitely will not be held against you in any way. Please be safe! If you need to reschedule, just let me know and we will figure it out from there. My heart is with everyone during this time. 💜🐾
