As we move forward and open our schedule to the public, it is important we address this as we take it very seriously. Though our commitment to the public and thier pets is our priority, we continue to observe unacceptable behavior towards veterinary staff. We recognize that this is a stressfull time for pet owners, for various reasons but that is not an excuse to treat those caring for your pets poorly. We are here to help.

As a result, our practice will be implementing a zero-tolerance policy for rude, demanding, abusive, and or disrespectful behavior of clients towards staff members. If such behaviors are observed by our staff either in person, via telephone or social media you will be given your pet’s records and asked to seek medical services elsewhere, there will be no further consideration or appeals process. Thank you in advance for you cooperation.

Remember that just prior to seeing your pet, the veterinarian may have just been treating a seriously ill pet, or they may have performed a euthanasia of someone’s much loved pet. So be kind, considerate and respectful during every interaction with the veterinary team.
