Jumping is not an everyday practice for our horses at Greystone. Horses only have so many “jumps” in them. Our horses and riders go through extensive flatwork training to help them navigate their jump courses.

Flatwork has many benefits for horse and rider, some of them including:
-building fitness/muscle
-helping the horse to use their body through lateral work and transitions
-getting the horse moving back to front
-improving rider aids/reaction time of the horse
-building a better seat for the rider
