Hey y’all hope everyone’s doing great and having a good February so far. So I wanna talk about something for a second, it is mating season for skunks so between now and April skunks are going to be on the move. When your letting your dogs out to potty and it’s dark out make sure you go out and scan the area and make a little noise! Most of the time if you make noise the skunks will get scared and go on their merry little way then you can let your dogs out to go potty. If they still end up getting sprayed make sure it didn’t get them in the face, if it did then make sure you wash their face good and get it out of their eyes and mouth. Not only do the skunks make your dog stink bad but they can cause them to have neurological issues as well. There isn’t much out there that will get the smell completely off of them either the best thing I have found is peroxide baking soda and dishwashing liquid. Mix it up pour on dog and let it soak for 5 minutes then rinse. Hope this info helps you out and hope everyone has a great day!

Had some new furry friends yesterday at the shop and I had the best time with them. They have the sweetest funniest personalities!
