I'll be the first to tell you that to invest in yourself! Jill is a great example of that!
Jill has been to a trainer for 20 days, in February. The trainer ended up calling us saying she didn't have it in her and he didn't want to keep her anymore.
We brought her home and to be honest was pretty upset about it. She has the breeding and background to work the hair off of any cow. Why wasn't she working?! π§
In April we decided that we needed to get more knowledge and training ourselves to better trainer our dogs because no one is going to invest in them like we would! So that's what we did! In the last few months, we have watched all of the Roy Cox, Laura Stimatze, muster dog videos and more! I attended a clinic in Oklahoma in May! Have read a couple books and have had dogs in the sheep or cow just about every night since! We still have a long way to go but I love how much progress Brandon and I making and seeing in our dogs!
Back to Jill, she is doing amazing! π I'm not sure if it was just letting her mature a little more or Brandon investing more time with her but she is going to a great cow dog!
Video of her in the cow pen coming soon!
Little one (still waiting on a name) wanting in on the action! Tippy (kelpie) in the pen!
Socks, socks, socks!

Tippy and Fuzz are littermates from Mia and Junior. They are 16 weeks old and are definitely interested! We can't wait to see them grow and mature into great farm hands!
Blue boy 1 from Ruby and Turbo has found his furever family today! He will be staying in Arkansas! He was having a great time howling and playing in the house before being picked up this afternoon!
Mia's boys playing hard this morning! π
A throw back video of Mia when she was at the trainer early Spring! She has two boys that are 8.5 weeks old that are ready to go to work for you! I'll add pictures of them in comments since FB won't let me add videos and pictures in the original post!
Sned us a message or give us call to talk about them! 870-834-4630 or 870-283-1947.
Brandon took Izzy (Kelpie) out this afternoon to the sheep pen! This is her 3rd time turned loose! Izzy is 3.5 months old and is from Kevin Lippe stock in Missouri!
Wanna know how our day went at CRH&K?
I had an anatomy scan in Little Rock today for little sister. So, Brandon and Olen was in charge of taking the heeler pups to the vet to get declaws removed and do a health check. We ended up getting home about the same time. I walk outside to greet them to see Olen with only shorts and crocs on. Apparently Olen got car sick on the way to the vet and Brandon tossed his shirt in the trash. π€¦ββοΈ I'm to afraid to ask to many details of the appointment. I can only imagine it was like a circus! πͺ π€£
Puppies are all home now with full bellies and snuggling with mom!
Here is a cute video of one of Ruby's girls that was way more interested in eating supper last night than getting her picture made! π
