Happy 4th of July from our Little Rusty!!!

Remember to keep your pups in the house during fireworks!!! This day is one of the highest for lost and scared pets!! Rescue dogs that were strays are highly known for this, we have no idea what their life was before being rescued!!

Ideas to help:
-Thunder shirts
-Tv up loud to drown the noise.
-learning to desensitize them before it happens.
- for extreme cases, talk to a vet about possible medication to help.

Hanky Panky is one of those Saint Bernards that we will never forget for the rest of our lives. He has the temperament and look that every Saint should have. He is not a young boy, but he is not an old man. He has a beautiful short hair coat. We think he is approximately 5 years old. Hanky Panky loves attention, will walk right by your side, knows how to sit and is great with all dogs. He will make you smile every day. He weighs 135 pounds, and he is now heartworm negative!! He is housetrained. He loves toys but he can’t have toys because he has tendency to eat them. For this reason we will not allow him to go to a family with younger kids that would have kid toys and kid socks lying around.
He also really likes our other saint Nana and she likes him now also!

Sadly we have had very little application for him in the year we have had him. No idea why he is a great dog!!

Nana weighs approximately 110 pounds and has a beautiful rough coat. She is spayed, current on all vaccinations and heartworm negative. She does have an extra long tongue which she was either born with or it was due to trauma sometime in her life. It does not affect her ability to eat or drink, she just has a very long tongue. She is approximately 2-3 years old, has a great disposition and is ready and looking forward to finding a wonderful new forever-home. She does get along with hanky Panky at the moment. We suggest her being an only dog! Though we might consider trying her with a submissive dog.

Blake Shelton is a lovely Saint! Blake is now approximately 11 months old, cute as can be, but he will require training. He is 90% housetrained and completely p**p trained. He is current on all vaccinations and neutered. He was an owner surrender due to his owner not being able to spend time with him due to having 2 jobs and going to school. He has a beautiful wavy coat and is just starved for attention. He comes when you call him most of the time and loves his food. If your dream is having a young Saint Bernard to love and care for many years and are ready to put in the time and efforts to train a puppy, please consider Blake Shelton.

He is VERY playful and WILL need a playmate, he gets along great with other dogs!!

Freckles is a full Saint Bernard.She is a year old. Like all puppies she has not been trained yet and will need the basics. She is a very willing learner just very excited and sometimes overly friendly!
She does ok with cats that don’t run away and does well with children too, just a bit overly friendly and doesn’t realize how big she is!

Miss Freckles is perfect in all ways. She is house trained already. Miss. Freckles is spayed and current on all her vaccinations and already microchipped.

She is approximately 85 pounds right now.

Bella is a gorgeous senior, full Saint Bernard that was adopted from us many years ago. She has had a wonderful life until now. Due to a family situation, they have surrendered Bella back to us though no fault of Bella’s! She weights approximately 100 pounds and is housetrained. She is a sweet, kind and gentle pup that is easy to care for. She is also current on all vaccinations and heartworm negative.

Like all our pups and sanctuary pups if she doesn’t find a home she will stay safe,protected and loved here at St Clouds Rescue!

Peaches is a 1–2-year-old spayed female full Saint Bernard. They have her birthday listed as September 2024. However, we really don’t have 100% confirmation that that is correct. Miss Peaches should have been named Mahogany. She has the most gorgeous, thickest plush coat that we have ever seen on any Saint Bernard. Miss Peaches is sweet, kind, loving, gorgeous and a joy to be around. She is 100% house trained and loves attention. She knows basic commands; however, more training is always recommended, both for the dog as well as building a bond with the new owners. She weighs approximately 100pounds and has received all of her shots. However, she is heartworm positive. We have started her on the slow kill method of getting rid of heartworms. This will take anywhere from 6 months to a year to complete. This is a much more humane and safe process. She has received all her vaccinations. If you are wanting one of the most gorgeous Saint Bernard that we have ever had, please consider meeting Miss. Peaches.

•Good w/Children: never been around children so unknown.
•Good w/ Large/Md Dogs. To rough with little dogs.
•Good w/ Cats: never been around cats so unsure.
•Potty Trained: yes.
•Crate Trained: yes
•List Known Commands:

(Great recall!)

Heels,
Follows hand guide = comes to heel, heels around and backward around you. ( like you see those Malinois/handlers do.) Super easy to train. Praise for reward.
Go see! (Release/free)

•Energy Level: medium when first out, but settles fast and matches your energy level. Content to just lay down and hang out with you. Does not go very from you. Checks back/in frequently. Automatically heels.
Rides in car.
•Bark Frequency: not a barker. If he barks, there is something to bark at.
•HAS NEVER BITTEN A HUMAN OR ANIMAL.
☆Has killed four chickens and three pigeons, in the last year.
☆Has moderate prey drive. Needs supervision around livestock as he will circle them and jump/snap at its face (horse/sheep) if it runs, he will chase. Unknown what he would do after that point as I have always been present to recall him. (Appolo recalled promptly on first voice command. )

He is located in California near. The
Red Bluff area. She can meet in Redding or Chico if needed.
He can go with his special feeding bowls and his huge crate.
