So blessed to go on a trail ride with my beautiful CW. The two of us enjoyed a wonderful ride on a stunning morning. LSB has its own set of horse trails making that spur of the moment trail ride possible.

Hi everyone here is the Cabin Hash recipe from this weekend.

Cabin Hash Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 bell pepper (diced)
1 medium onion (diced)
Green and red hatch chili flakes to taste
1 clove garlic
Paprika to taste
Kinders “The Blend” seasoning to taste
1/3 lb bacon (optional)

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cover baking sheet with foil and top with oil then sweet potatoes, bake for 25 minutes
3. Heat griddle or frying pan to medium-high
4. Add onions and peppers to griddle or frying pan, sauté until soft
5. Add sweet potatoes to griddle or pan until browned
6. Season with “The Blend”, chili flakes, and paprika to taste
7. If using bacon, pre-cook and and dice, add to pan with sweet potatoes
