We are a cage-free grooming shop. Our pups enjoy a day of play along with their makeovers! Pups go home tired from playing, looking and smelling great!

Dear valued clients
We are aware of the dog flu that has been making its way around the country. There are some reports it’s made its way to Florida. At this time I’ve received NO reports of any of our fur friends getting it.

However, it IS an airborne virus and it’s always a risk when dogs get together. I am doing what I can with extra sanitation practices and check in procedures.

If your dog has been boarded in a facility within the last 2 weeks I ask you to wait to come in for an appointment until we are sure they don’t become sick.

If your dog or any dog yours has had contact with has shown any respiratory symptoms including cough, runny nose, congestion, fever or not acting themselves I will need you to reschedule and get a vet clearance.

Please note I will continue to stay on top of this until this virus passes. Your pets health and safety is my top priority!

Good Afternoon!
I hope everyone got through the storm safely! Power has just been restored at the shop so as long as it stays on we will reopen tomorrow! I did receive an alert that the spectrum is down which is our shops phone and wifi so until it’s restored I won’t have phone service. You can reach me on my cell if needed 321-243-2194.

Good November morning!
Due to the storm Clipper Cottage will be closed Wednesday 11/9 and Thursday 11/10. I will re evaluate reopening on Fri depending on the storm and Power situation. Everyone with appointments Wednesday and Thursday will be notified today and rescheduled at soonest available spots.

ATTENTION IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Due to Hurricane Ian’s track and the potential impacts from the storm, Clipper Cottage will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. We will monitor the storm and keep you updated if any further closures are needed. Please stay safe and keep those fur babies inside and safe. I will be contacting everyone scheduled and get everyone rescheduled as soon as possible. Thank you all for your support and my thoughts are with each of you!

Good afternoon!

This month marks 15 YEARS since I took over Clipper Cottage! Time has definitely passed quickly! Some have been with me since the beginning and I’m truly grateful for you and those that have come after!

I wanted to remind everyone the holidays will be quickly approaching and I’m booking up quickly. Please look at your calendar and for those not on reoccurring appointments reach out to grab a spot.

Speaking of reoccurring appointments, I started encouraging everyone to find a schedule that works for them and book for the year. It ensures a spot and keeps your babies in good shape. I have next years book and will be starting next years schedule. If you are already on a schedule and are happy with it we will just continue with it next year. If you need changes please let me know ASAP. If you are interested in getting on a reoccurring schedule please reach out as soon as possible.

Note: if you’re on a set schedule and miss more than 2 appointments without proper communication and notice, your remaining appointments will be cancelled.

Good Morning!
We will be closed tomorrow May 6, Tuesday May 10th and Tues May 24th. We will also be opening late on Wednesday May 11 and Wednesday May 25th.

Currently we are completely booked out approximately 4-5 weeks out. I encourage everyone that needs an appointment to set a regular schedule appointments for the year in order to guarantee appointment availability.

Please note: I will be closed from Christmas Day through Jan 3. I will reopen on Tuesday Jan 4. The phone at the shop will not be monitored until I return. I’m currently booked until the first week of February.

Good Morning,
Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!

A few notes: Val is no longer working here. She’s focusing on her own business and family! We love her and wish her the best!

With Val being gone my schedule is a LOT tighter. I’m current booked out until the end of Jan. We are not at this time accepting new clients in order to make room for our current clients.

The shop will be closed from Christmas Day until January 4th. I’m recommending everyone get on a regular schedule of every 4,6,8 weeks to ensure they have a spot when they need one.

If you can’t get in with me before the holiday I have been referring to Doggy D Tails. They are awesome over there and willing to help take the extra load off.

Please also be aware some prices will be increased as the cost of doing business has gone up dramatically this year. I will let those that have an increase know at their next appointment.

Good evening everyone

I will be reopening the shop tomorrow morning as I’ve continued to test negative. Mask will be strictly enforced and I ask that you have your mask on completely before attempting to enter the shop. Please look inside door to make sure no other client is inside BEFORE entering. I will do my best to fit those that had appointments canceled in as soon as possible where I can but ask that everyone understand changes may need to be made.

Please continue to keep Val and her family in your thoughts while they continue to fight this virus.

Hi everyone

The shop will be closed beginning today Sept 1 till at the earliest next week. We’ve had a positive covid test with Val. I will need to wait till this weekend to test and can make further decisions. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may incur.
