Early morning babies hatching!

The babies have all shed out and had first meals tonight. 0.3 graphite ivory. The top one was born missing an eye but she's still healthy in all other ways.
We lost 2 regular orange belly right out of the egg for unknown reasons and 2 due to severe deformation caused by umbilical cord wrapping in egg.

The down side of breeding is sometimes some hatchlings are deformed and must be euthanized. Ob x super ob pairing. Baby #1 had his cord wrapped tightly around him and developed wrong. He had no eyes and a cleft palate type deformed snout. Most of his egg sack had not been absorbed. 2 # out looks good however. 3-7 haven't come out yet but hopefully will be healthy.

Checked my breeding chart and looked in on my 4 other girls id bred. My phantom x mojave het ghost pairing had eggs! 3 good and 4 duds. Gotta start the count down again now. Hopefully purple passions are in my future.

Got to meet the most open minded amazom delivery woman today. She got some pictures with our mystic potion Smaug to show to her kids. Love showing new folks different morphs! Here is his baby pic. In case she pops on.

lm thinking im going to thin the herd. I want to stick with my pied and albino projects overall. I'll probably have several breed ready individuals, both male and female and maybe a pair, available soon. I also have this 1.0 enchi (fire?) pied, and a few of his multi gene het siblings open to travel.

Hatched clutch FINALLY shed out. Cinny pied x silver streak het pied. All girls! We lost am all white shortly after hatching but these 3 are fighters and coming along.

Red letter day, 2 fresh lays. My twin pied males to each if these. Pied x hgw enchi fire het pied. Pied x silver streak het pied. 6 beautiful eggs from each first time mom.

Had a shed out of the Pied x flame lesser leopard het pied. Im keeping 1.1 of the flame lesser het pieds. This 1.0 flame het pied and his sister 0.1 het pied will be up for travel in a month or so. There will also be a 0.1 lesser het pied most likely looking for a new zipcode.

The little survivor from the 1st clutch shed out. Its so beautiful. Pairing was Calico pewter ringer x black pastel.

Passel of pieds! (And hets) this was the cinnamon pied x het pied pairing. We got 2 of each possibility! Both cinny pieds are snow white. One mid and one super low normal pied. Hets are hets, 2 cinnamon, 2 normal.
