We had a wonderful Gaited Horse Clinic with Julie Dillon. Everyone had a positive learning experience and took home some new knowledge. Thank you to Julie for being a wonderful clinician and to Anita Wos and Karen Laude for helping put it together. ❤️ Also, Maddi for all her support.

We love our little town of Mendon. ❤️ Last night there were some well organized fireworks for a community event. It was announced so we could be prepared and enjoy the event from the barn. I thought it would be fun to share the different horse reactions:
King- “wait, there were fireworks?”
Melody-“ visualizing being in the winners circle 🐎🥇
Fierra-“ I feel like we should be freaking out? *keeps checking in with Chief and Melody for the que to freak out which didn’t come**
Chief-“ I have the best seat in the house. Gonna watch the whole thing”
Sante-“can’t a guy eat in peace?!?
Apollo-“ I feel like this bad..😳 is it bad? No, OK.
Zilly- “IT IS THE APOCOLYPSE!!! Why are you all calm??? Oh wait..it’s over, never mind. 🤪

* Hay5x daily
* Grain 2-3 times daily
* Indoor arena with GGT footing

* Maintained trails on property and close proximity to other popular riding trails
* All day individual or small group turn out, weather permitting
* Most paddocks are new fencing

Claudia Lauze is returning to Spring Willow Farm LLC on Sunday April 23 for ground driving and driving lessons. All levels are encouraged. Auditors and truck ins are welcome. We have some gear to share if needed. Please message the farm or Karen Laude to sign up.
