Thank you all for an amazing 20+ years! I know I am never on social but wanted to say Thanks as I close shop. I've put details on TheRatShop.com on where to continue getting Envigo (Harlan) Teklad and I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life. I will likely be closing down this page soon as I am migrating off Facebook and I hope to interact with you all through Instagram for the time being!

Got to meet with friends and ferrets in Grant's Pass and now I'm in Portland with some Rattie Ratz crew and Friends of Darling Rats to go check out Ratstock - ratspacnw and Portland today! Fun times 😀

I'd like to reiterate, despite Amazon still referencing Nesom Distributing, I am *NOT* selling on Amazon. The current seller has nothing to do with me. I've posted an update to the website since I simply can't field the inquiries. Please read and help get the word out. Sales are exceptionally low but I refuse to compromise my morals for additional sales. I have faith that the pet rat community at large will unite to support the shop and the rat rescue efforts that we are able to contribute to! My personal thanks to all who are helping to get the word out.

After almost 2 years of battling with Amazon to get, who I believe to be a reptile business, off my Teklad listings on Amazon, I have officially given up and shut down my Amazon sales completely....

Effective immediately, TheRatShop is no longer selling Envigo Teklad (formerly known as Harlan) on Amazon.

I will continue to make the food available, for direct sales only, at TheRatShop.com

For over a year, I've been struggling against another seller, who I strongly suspect to be a feeder breeder/enabler. People *think* they are buying from me and they are not so I am officially leaving Amazon.

If you choose to buy your Envigo Teklad 2014 or 2018 on Amazon, then you are *not* supporting me or the shop or Rattie Ratz (who receives all their food at no charge due to your purchases!) AND you are very likely patronizing a business involved in snake bait. I refuse to continue to have me and/or my business confused with this other seller.

Please help cross-post so as many people as possible are informed of the change. I hope to continue rebuilding my business after this exceptionally detrimental year. I need all the support I can get.

Cashew and Peanut just found homes through Rattie Ratz! Their adopter just picked them up from me today. YAY!!
