This video goes along with the video below. I do use IV San Bernard products along with others that I love. This process is why my grooms may take longer a d I do not offer upgraded condition shampoo package. All my grooming is the "best job" I can offer and not a "get er done" versus a "spa" experience. If you want basic you could bathe yourself at home.

Last but not least for today was Danny. Danny runs to the trailer but once inside he realizes ",oh no it's bath time". He doesn't really like it but since I see him monthly he knows the routine and goes along with it now.

Another success story today. After several years at her current salon she was turned away. They brought her to me saying she was in terrible shape.(nothing terrible so I know it's wasn't from "not staying on schedule". She was extremely nervous and needed a lot of reassurance and most times Corps cannot adjust the way groomers are accomplished. It's unfortunate it had to come to where someone else wouldn't see her to end up on my table. I think with a different approach she would of been ok from the beginning.

I never rush grooms. Some pets need a gentle relaxed hand and will feed off of energy you give. Please remember this is considered a luxury service in our industry but to me this should be a "standard" of service.

As some of you know.Im in a parked salon for the next 5-7 wks. Once I'm up again I will me making the switch to Feline Grooming. I will continue to groom my beloved Dogs but not accepting any new dogs. Only dogs under 50lbs as I've been advised to be able to continue grooming to let the larger dogs go. Please share that I offer feline grooming to friends that need this service. Yes, cats need grooming too!!!!

Feedback on parked salon or mobile is about 15% parked and 85% mobile even if it has to come with an extra convenience fee which is what we are debating. I really like coffee at the parked salon though and I miss being out at least PT so I see both in our future business plans.

While I've been down the last few days for to working on a new space. Ordered an electric tub for my back and the big dogs and a second tool box because we all need more space. I'll be building a little larger rig and offering parked and mobile in the coming future. Please be patient while all the details of schedules are worked out. All mobile for dogs will need to get on a 4 wk schedule to route properly. Thank you for your understanding. Pets over 4 will have the option to come to me and still have a one on one experience.

To put in perspective the limited space mobile has to traditional salon. My brick and mortar with just myself/bather had openings for 2000 pets. Mobile has openings to serve 720 pets due to the driving etc. Yes I used to groom double that but am no longer working 10+ hrs a day going forward. 720 pet spots open. That's 60 clients on a monthly appt. 38 of those spots are already prebooked for the year with 4 weeks leaving the rest to fill in with 6 weeks. Remember to prebook your appts so we have room for you going forward

I will no longer be accepting new pets over a 4 wk clients. This right here is torture for an old pet and an older groomer like me. There are "shave down" queens that like this and will accept it. If your a current client and you "get busy" etc. Expect to pay for the time it takes. This was 8 wks and requires double time over 4 wks and now will he double the price or you can go to the vet. Just a heads up that sedated grooming is $300+ now! Or you can find a new groomer. I groom because I love pets, not to watch them be neglected.

Merry Christmas to everyone. Blessed to still being mobile after 9 yrs. Expanded like of shampoos just arrived in time for the new year. We will see which ones are the most popular. I use a few of the formulas already. This will be our base offering with an upgraded options instead of the "all inclusive " we have always offered. It will give clients a choice of how much they wish to pamper their pets or more individual products and consultations with our skin and coat vet . We will have a new sugar scrub and paw/body soak by Iv San Bernard and as always our where popular Les Pooch. I do still sell the cologne to clients that want to use in between spa days.

For the clients that have not prebooked their appts but stay regular. I am finding it hard to accommodate the last minute request and this can be fixed by pre booking your appts in advance like the 80% of clients do. The best schedule and price is 4 wks for dogs and 6 wks for cats. Grab those spots for next year and groom your pet before it becomes and emergency. Emergency grooms will he priced 20% or more than maintenance grooms.
