FYI - hairless at birth babies are born with their eyes open. The eyes have to be medicated for they have no tear flow which can cause eye lids to adhere to the eye ball and also can cause what is known as melting of the eye where the eyeball will disintegrate.
Even the few hairs that the other babies have will open the eyes within 48 hours. They too have to be medicated. A normal hair coated cat eyes open about 10 to 14 days after birth where the tear ducks will have tear flow washing out bacteria.
