I hope everyone had a great and safe Thanksgiving ❤️. It has come to my attention that there is a new Kennel cough type illness spreading in the dog community. This illness is not responding to antibiotics.
Symptoms:
Cough
Eye discharge
Sneezing
Refusal to eat
Extremely sleepy

If your dog isn't feeling well or acting abnormal please keep home. If I notice any of these symptoms in your dog I will call you to come pick them up and you will be required to pick your dog up immediately. Your dog must be quarantine for 2 weeks. Help me keep your baby's healthy. Also I'm seeing a rise of Parvo. Please Please Please I can not stress how very important it is to get all 3 and some vets 4 sets of puppy shots. Also please get your dogs yearly vaccine. There are always affordable options. Thank you

Hey yall sorry I haven't even on here in a while. Summer was a bit busier than I anticipated lol.

Reminder I did raise prices $5 June 1st. Some of you have already seen the increase.

Starting in August Bailey will be the only one grooming Saturdays. Limited space available.

Sept 1st thru the 7th I will be closed. My husband and I are going on a cruise.

Also Bailey will be only groomer Saturdays starting in August. If you want Katrina call or txt for a Tue thru Friday. If your standing appt falls on a Sat some of you need to move to different days. If not enough people move from Saturday I'll have to remove standing appts from Saturdays. She can't groom more than 5 to 7 dogs at this time thank you!

The unfortunate truth of owning and running a business.

Running a business is really hard.

What they don’t tell you is that it can cause severe stress and anxiety, and drains you mentally to the point of depression in even the most laid-back people.

People will talk about you, compare you to others, use you, they will view you as a service and not a person anymore.

Friends and family will expect discounts and people will value you and your hard work less than a big chain store or company.

You have to worry about if you forget to email/message someone back, are they going to think it was on purpose? Did you disappoint them? Will they hold that against you? When in reality you just can’t get to everyone’s messages and emails.

Starting up and running a successful business puts incredible strain on personal lives and relationships, many of which fail because there is just often no work-life balance.

You need to be the director, the worker, the admin, the marketing team, the accountant, the cleaner..... All whilst being a parent, a husband or a wife, family support, friend...

There’s a reason you don’t see many people succeed in small businesses after 5-10 years. If they are successful they are overwhelmed.

It takes a toll. It’s freaking exhausting. Especially the past couple of years when so much has been out of our control.

Here’s a small reminder that we are just normal people with hectic lives.

Be kind, be patient, support small businesses…….and hopefully more of us will stick around!

And know that 2022 prices are not 2023 prices.

I am trying to give everyone as much notice as possible. Beginning June 1st there will be a $5 price increase on all services. Also Beginning in August Bailey will be grooming full time and will be exclusively grooming Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you want me to groom your pups and are on Wednesday or Saturday please contact me to be moved to another day. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for yall. I'm cutting bk on groomings and alot of large dogs before it cripples me. 16 years this August!! Thank you all!

Doing monthy paper work and looked at my shampoo autoship over the last 12 weeks!!! That was a bad idea. Inflation has raised my shampoo up $36 dollars in 12 weeks!!! Soooo once again reminder yall I'll be raising prices in June. $5 increase on all services.
