The Blue Spotted Sharpnose Puffer has a winning personality and is a great fish for a fish-only tank. Their small adult size of about 4” makes them ideal for smaller aquariums. Stop by the shop to see what’s new!

The Yellow Dog Face Puffer fish is a fascinating marine species known for its distinct personality and appearance. Native to the warm waters of the Indo-Pacific Ocean, they have “dog-like” faces, from which they derive their name. The puffers are smart and will quickly come to know you. They can live for around 10 years in captivity and need a 90 gallon or larger aquarium.

The Yellow Longnose Butterflyfish can be found singly or in schools on reef flats and slopes of the Indo-Pacific region. It has a long snout that resembles a pair of needle nose pliers, for picking food out of crevices and between coral heads. If acclimated properly, Longnose Butterflyfish are a hardy addition to your tank. It does best if kept in a 125 gallon or larger tank with peaceful tankmates. It should be fed a varied diet of meaty foods mysis shrimp, crustacean meat, and frozen preparations. We have two in stock now!

The Blue Spot Stingray is a captivating addition to a marine aquarium, known for its vibrant blue spots and active swimming. It requires a deep sandy substrate for its natural habitat and is sensitive to water quality. The tail spine is venomous and should be handled with caution. This species is not reef-safe due to its foraging behavior.

With proper care, Blue Spot Stingrays can live for 5 to 10 years or more in captivity. They are carnivorous predators with a diverse diet, including invertebrates and small fish.

The Blueface Angelfish is a stunning large angelfish. At 15 inches when fully mature and will do best in a 180 gallon or larger tank. It should not be housed in a reef aquarium, since it is known to nip at SPS and soft corals, although we’re having no issues in the shop. Having a lot of rock is preferred when keeping a Blueface Angel, so they will have plenty of areas to hide and algae to graze on. They are omnivores, so foods such as mysis shrimp, spirulina and algae should be provided to your Blueface Angel. The Blueface Angelfish will definitely be a showpiece fish in any aquarium!

We have a pair of captive bred hybrid Storm Ocellaris/Percula Clowns! These are a rare find and generally limited in quantity when available. Striking patterns, bold coloration make these clowns a must-have for your tank.

The Blue Angelfish and the Queen Angelfish are similar in appearance, with both having an overall aqua hue and yellow edges on the fins and scales. However, the Blue Angelfish lacks the blue crown and other blue highlights that the Queen Angelfish has, but is just as magnificent!
